First, we were checked in very smelly room and on the same room several light bulbs were busted, then they have changed our room. It was good. The reception staff were nice and cooperative especially Alexis..

There was a feeling of cleanliness and the staff was kind and very nice.

Breakfast is very simple, take it yourself. Take understanding during the epidemic and avoid contact.

Very clean and tidy, the best is a small balcony, I like to open the balcony door when it is not hot, let the wind blow in. There are Lotte Supermarkets, small restaurants such as Chinese and Korean food and Thai food within walking distance, and there is a beautiful lake to walk. If you have the opportunity, you will definitely go back to live. It would be perfect if there were a microwave in each room.

The reception desk is customer friendly, very helpful. Room is so so with the price (room facilities are not in shape), location is very near the IAD airport. Find a small spider crawling from pillow to bed when woke up. The carpet is damp, bathroom's curtain rod is falling, bathroom exhaust fan and refrigerator sounded so noisy!! It's ok if u want a room near IAD, but will not come again as facilities are not in shape.

Great location for my NOVA event. Front desk (ie ”Will”) was very helpful. Breakfast and bar staff were professional and super accommodating to our small group of friends.
