Eigentlich soll die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vor dem Check-in die Information zum Selbst Check-in zuschicken. Es wurden keine Information zugeschickt. Bei einer telefonisch Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man sich bei denen meldet und die private TEL. Nr oder E-Mail gibt, damit die Informationen zum Self Check-in zegeschickt werden könnten. Die Begründung ist, dass ******* Mitteilung funktioniert nicht.

Very nicely renovated apartment, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The area is very quiet - we stayed during Easter break, not sure how this is different from other times. Bed was comfortable for me, hard for my husband - you can never please everyone :-D
Why 4 star only, you might ask. This is because of the size of the duvet. Its one double duvet provided which is not large enough for two people. This means that in order to cover both of us, both had to sleep in the middle of the bed. It is not an issue if you are used to sleep cuddled but we are not like that. We both like our own side while sleeping and unfortunately neither of us could sleep properly from the other's tossing & turning. Block out curtains are not wide, long enough and you get the sunlight in the morning. Again, not an issue if you are used to this but we are sleeping in a very dark room.

Disappointing hotel for several reasons. The “classic suite” has a single window overlooking an interior courtyard, in fact a 2x4 meter tunnel with 4 (noisy) air conditioners on each floor, and therefore a view of a wall, without the slightest sky on the horizon . In addition, a shrill, long and repetitive noise every time water is drawn (or the next room) in the bathroom. Trash emptied twice in eight days, no cleaning done.
Jackhammers from 7 a.m. in the neighboring building for complete restoration and road work in the street.
Otherwise, well located hotel, good area, food shops, numerous bus lines 4 minutes walk away.

Nice and modern apartment, I stayed in the panoramic one, bring adapters for power sockets because they are not provided, broken hairdryer, I struggled a bit to get another one

Property name is different than the one showed at ******* so the driver (arrange previously with the hotel) was not sure about where to drop us. They don’t have a reception and i didn’t receive an email with the code to open the door so I have to call them once we arrived there.
We have doubts and wanted to do a late check out and the property never answered, even though they read our message (we can see the ‘read message’).
