從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我們就感受到了與眾不同的熱情與關懷。前台工作人員面帶微笑，耐心細緻地為我們辦理入住手續，還主動詢問我們是否有特殊需求，讓人倍感温馨。這樣的服務態度，在災情期間顯得尤為難能可貴。
更令我們感動的是，儘管外界物資緊張，個別酒店價格飛漲，但金蓮花荷泰酒店卻始終堅守誠信，沒有惡意漲價。他們以實際行動詮釋了“顧客至上”的經營理念，讓我們在困境中感受到了温暖和善意。
