Excellent location, very friendly staff. Small boutique hotel. Clean rooms. Great deal! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cat Ba. Linh is the best. She helped us with taxi and a limo back to Hanoi. She also provided great hiking tips.

Heel goed geholpen bij de receptie door Lin met het regelen van de boottocht. Lekkere bedden en fijn verblijf gehad dichtbij het centrum van Cat Ba. Met een scooter ben je er binnen een paar minuten, lopend doe je er ongeveer 30 minuutjes over. We hadden wat problemen met de WC op de kamer maar dit is allemaal snel opgelost.

Fijn hotel, goede service en schone kamer met heerlijke bedden! Ideaal hotel als je vanuit Ha Giang komt en een early check in zoekt om vervolgens de cruise te pakken. Je kan er ook aan een scooter huren. Prijs- verhouding is goed in orde, ik raad dit hotel zeker aan.

Excellent value, our room had a door for the seperate kids room which was huge. Beautiful views from rooftop!! Great family with fantastic character run this hotel. They organised everything - transfers, tours, scooter hire. Very well organised and willing to help. 5-10 min walk down the hill to the waterfront.

Great hotel, well located and attentive reception team. Clean room and made up every day. Possibility to rent scooters which is good due to the uphill descent of Cat Ba. I highly recommend this hotel. Despite the typhoon, all the population is smiling

They have extremely helpful staff, a cozy rooftop bar and terraces that allow you to spend sometime outside the bustle of Cat Ba. Rooms are very clean and nice. They will also rent you scooters and arrange everything for you. Great place for you stay in Cat Ba.

Great hotel with great service, Linh managed everything perfectly, good breakfast buffet and great rooftop bar, good location, clean, sufficiently large rooms, we were able to rent a scooter without any problems, we felt very comfortable

The room is nice, clean and fragrant. Quite close to the center and restaurants. The reception and service are quite enthusiastic. Breakfast is mostly Western dishes but also quite diverse. The hotel has a very nice and chill rooftop bar.

Nice hotel, in the Asian standard for the price. Cleaning towels and sheets to be improved, we asked for a change that was done immediately (they were certainly washed but had persistent stains that had to be worked individually to make them go away instead of putting everything together in the washing machine). Average breakfast, both sweet and savory. Overall a nice stay to spend a couple of nights considering that you are out all day. Very kind and hospitable staff, they organize various types of tours (the day on the boat was beautiful) and book transfers to various areas of Vietnam
