We stayed in the room with open bath... e room was fantastic n big... The staff is great. My hubby was having running nose due to the cold weather. we approached the front desk staff for help if they by chance have and medicine. The staff was very helpful and careful, even asked if my hubby does e running nose comes with throat pain n cough etc before providing us the tablets. Kudos to the staff .. Throughout the stay, staffs are very polite and always smiling. Hotels even provide free snacks.. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel is located on a mountain with a quiet environment. The rooms and facilities are very new and clean. There is a self-service drink area in the lobby. The food was a long-established hotel, so I chose Western food. There were many reviews that Japanese food was good, but because it is a hotel, the food is elegant and a little on a large plate. The course was changed to Hoho meat grilled Wagyu beef steak and brand beef steak. It's a little confusing, but the view and hot springs were the best. The main building was about ５ rooms, and there was not much contact with the people around me. On the 1st floor, there was a room on the 2nd floor with only a large atrium with a front desk and sofa, a bath and a dining room. The hot spring seems to work very well with nigori hot water. The skin becomes smooth, but the bathtub is slippery and carefully entered. We procured dinner and breakfast in Odawara, but we warmed it up and ate it leisurely in the room because we could use the microwave in the dining room. There is only one store that can be reached on foot from the inn. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so if you don't go by car, you must procure food. On a sunny day, you can see Mt. Fuji behind Lake Ashino from the balcony. Unfortunately the weather was the day I stayed, but I could see Lake Ashino and a pleasure boat. The map app takes ４ minutes from the nearest Oishishita bus stop, but it actually takes about 10 minutes. It is safer to use it because you can pick up and drop off at Kojiri and Taogendai. Also, since I climbed the stone steps further from the hotel parking lot, I thought it would be better to avoid those with bad legs and the elderly. The hotel is barefoot walking. I was a little confused that there were no slippers in the toilet in the room.

Hotel service facilities are very good, especially the dinner environment, the floor-to-ceiling window is beautiful scenery, the dinner is very exquisite, the chef's menu and the plate are amazing, the toiletries in the room are very high-end, the stay experience is very good

I recommend Hakone Ashinoko Hanori Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby has a welcome drink. However, there is no wild food nearby, and it’s good to enjoy the hot spring quietly. This package includes one stay and two meals. There are not many choices for buffet dinner, and the desserts are more attractive. The hot springs are relatively small, so you can enjoy the outdoor hot springs, but the spring water is like hot water 😂. The breakfast was pleasantly surprised, and there were more choices than the dinner. All in all, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very polite.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes. The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough. Absolutely a encore accommodation.

The service and attitude at the front desk are very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also booked private baths at the hotel. Gotemba premium outlet is within walking distance. It's just a pity that we couldn't see the complete Mount Fuji on the day we arrived.
