Prizeotel Hamburg St. Pauli

The reception was friendly, we could only check in online at the terminal. Despite the fact that the reception was manned. This on a Friday afternoon and only 3 terminals takes time and patience. We thought we had completed the check-in with the help of an employee. On Saturday morning we were lying in bed and suddenly another hotel guest came into our room with his normal hotel card!!! This guest checked in 15 minutes earlier. After complaining at the reception, it turns out that the employee did not complete the check-in process and that our room was therefore considered free. Unimaginable when you are not there yourself or are travelling alone. This should not happen. The Prizeotel claims to have a 4-star category. You expect more........

Top Lage für eine Städtereise Lecker Frühstück

Es war super. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel ist hervorragend.

Hôtel moderne fonctionnel calme avec une grande salle de petit-déjeuner et son choix abondant de nourriture. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Le lit était immense, comme la télévision. Le seul bémol est l'emplacement de l'hôtel, certes près d'une station du S-Bahn mais malheureusement en périphérie du quartier "chaud" de la ville (zone à éviter en soirée).

Itsepalvelu tyyppinen hotelli, vaikka arvostelut kertoi muuta. Itse piti kirjautua, vaikka henkilökuntaa paikalla. Huoneesta puuttui perustarpeet, kuten hotellin asiakasohjeet, juomastiat, kynä ,pullonaukaisija ym. Välisiivouksia ei suoritettu ja itse piti hankkia/noutaa tarvittavat puuttuvat asiat. Aamupala oli ihan ok.

Waren zu einem Konzert auf der Reeperbahn. Sehr gut gelegen. Einfach, praktisch und günstig.
