Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

The hotel package I bought on Ctrip has a great environment. It happened to be the off-peak period after the holidays, so there were not many guests. It was very quiet and comfortable. The holiday experience was great. The afternoon tea in the package had a first-class environment and rich varieties. I spent a wonderful afternoon quietly. I soaked in the hot springs in the evening, relaxed my whole body, and had a good sleep. I would like to mention the breakfast, which was very rich in variety and tasted very good. Unfortunately, my appetite was limited. The hotel's shuttle bus service was thoughtful, and it was very convenient to charge the new energy vehicle. But there are no other attractions. The biggest feature is that the air is much better than in the city. When I checked in, I was given a cup of hot tea, and the cup was a glass instead of a paper cup. I immediately felt the difference from staying in a business hotel. The hotel is located on Manjuelong Road in the West Lake Scenic Area of ​​Hangzhou. It is quiet in the bustle and built against the mountains. It has white walls and black tiles with ivy all over the wall. It is simple and stylish. The cafe on the first floor has books, scenery and coffee. There are several cute little pets, perfect for dazing and taking photos. The room is luxuriously decorated, clean and hygienic, with brand bathroom and toiletries. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights on the roof, paired with the emerald green sofa, are great for taking photos. Movies 👍, reading in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and taking a bath under the stars satisfied all my girlish feelings. The hotel's bubble room is also a highlight. It has a unique shape and is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs after a day of fun! The hotel's breakfast really amazed me. It was carefully prepared. It was not only nutritious and satisfied my taste buds, but the restaurant environment was also very healing. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and the little brother also carefully introduced the surrounding attractions and travel routes, which is really great. If I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou in the future, I will choose to stay at Jianxiang Hotel again.

The destination is Wind Valley. We found the most satisfactory homestay around. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. The housekeeper greeted us warmly at the door, guided us to the parking space, made tea, and enthusiastically introduced the fun places around. The hotel is located at the foot of a large mountain. There are lawns and canopies at the foot of the mountain. The lighting a**osphere is particularly good at night. The gurgling stream is very healing in the deep nature. The frog calls can be heard clearly at night. The room layout is very special. The children like it very much. The starry sky room is booked. When you look up, there is an automatic skylight.
