洗澡的水管漏了，牆上掉了一塊皮，但是跟客服前台溝通能換房，服務態度很好。對面一個小商場，吃飯很方便。走到地鐵口十幾分鍾，離杭州主要的景點都需要公交地鐵一兩個小時，建議直接打車。樓下小便利店24小時營業，方便。早餐品種十幾樣，還有餛飩麪條阿姨現煮，蒸餃好吃。

酒店房間裏面非常乾淨，房間比較大，裏面有冰箱，洗衣機，2樓還有健身房，比較人性化。非常喜歡這次定的房型，而且酒店旁邊購物方便。服務前台工號032熱情服務，態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏！酒店地理位置相當好，交通方便，房間舒適乾淨衞生，樂於提供各種幫助，餐廳早餐口味也很不錯！
