Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.

First of all, the service was very good. We requested a non-smoking room, and the service staff showed us several rooms for us to choose from. It is recommended that the hotel reserve some non-smoking rooms for convenience in the future. Secondly, the environment, facilities, and location are very good. It is next to MixC, and there is a row of small restaurants behind MixC. Dianping did not disappoint us for dinner. The hotel has good sound insulation and I slept very comfortably. Other hotels woke up after 6 o'clock, but this one slept until 8 o'clock.

I came to Harbin for a trip. Although the reviews online were not very good, I really wanted to soak in a hot spring in Harbin. I came here to stay for a night to try it out. Who said it was not good? It was very comfortable. It was suitable for a leisurely rest with few people. The skin was smooth after soaking in the hot spring. The buffet restaurant was closed and I didn't experience it. The accommodation and hot spring pool were very comfortable. The room was also well soundproofed and quiet. Five-star praise

The hotel is in a good location, next to several large shopping malls of Qiulin Company, and convenient for travel by subway station. The room is sunny and clean. Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?
