Great service from all the staff at Centara Hotel Hatyai. Special thanks to Mr Methee & Mr Charat for the superb hospitality provided throughout our stay at the hotel. Location was good with many eateries around and Lee Gardens Night Market is just below the hotel. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be back for sure. Thank you! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed in best friend room and add one extra bed for our family of 3. Room is spacious Toilet is simple and clean. Water pressure satisfying You need to climb stair to get to the lobby but dont worry the staff will help u carry your bag Breakfast was delightful

This hotel feels like home..Makes Yr stay comfortable! Spacious room,cleanliness is at top notch..the only disadvantage, the location is abit outside the city and hard to get street halal food ..however,it is easily accessible via grab if ure not a fussy person.. Staff is friendly and can understand and speaks basic english,housekeeping is fast.overall I enjoys my stay n will sure come back to Monkham for my comfortable stays

Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

First impression of entry foyer was clean and modern, friendly and helpful reception. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable good facilities including refrigerator, no safe or safety box but these are located free of use behind the reception counter, (which I prefer anyway) free parking available & breakfast is also available. My only complaint was that we booked two rooms on the same booking, one would think (common sense) they would be allocated on the same floor but they were not (lucky the children weren't with us) I would definately recommend this hotel however if you want rooms together on the same floor request booking on this condition and have it confirmed before you commit

Great stay for my 2 nights in Hatyai. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. The hotel location is very good , famous place all can be accessed by walk very suitable for those didn't drive to Hatyai.

Stayed in Hat Yai for an overnight stay. Last minute booking. The place was near the Central Mall. Not walking distance near but probably near by car/grab. The place is within like a small village so it might be tricky going in and out of the place. It's a small space but it's clean. The bed was very hard. If you have back problems, better book the deluxe rooms. Totally wouldn't recommend the standard room if you are after comfort. It is cheap and clean and near so probably is good for long term backpack stay. The staff at least the receptionist speaks very good English. The other staff were very friendly and is always smiling. The lift is old but serviceable. And since it is located within a small urban village, the security is to be desired for. Easily anyone can literally scratch your car as they don't have proper parking space. You'd have leave your car unattended in front of the hotel. Biggest upside is probably location, cleanliness and staff friendliness. Biggest downside is car parking security and bed on the standard room.

This place looks very new, modern architecture and style, I got a single room here at a very cheap price, but with complete facilities, air conditioning and flat screen TV and clean bathroom with hot water, toiletries1 also many common facilities such as kitchen, tv room, fitness2 are very good value!
