The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep well. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick, and they even proactively recommended nearby attractions. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

This stay was very satisfactory, the room size was right, the lighting was very good, the hygiene was very big, I didn't have a smell, the sound insulation effect was also very good, I slept very well at night, the staff service was very good, and I upgraded a room for free to check in.
