The room is big, clean, conveniently located, and the service is good. The cleaning lady is young and a little cold. Everything else is good.

The room is large, the decoration design is high-end and stylish, the hotel is in a good location, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the shopping mall, and the food in the restaurant is great. This is the best hotel I have stayed in in Helsinki during this trip.

Great place. Received a nice beautiful upgrade. Absolutely no complaints. In a great location central to everything. Beautiful bathrooms. Staff was very attentive and helpful. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall would recommend! Pros: central location within walking distance of train station, nice pool area, high quality hair dryer in bathroom, very cool light up toilet, big room with classic yet modern European decor Cons: housekeeping was understaffed so room didn’t get cleaned one day, had to request clean towels multiple times

Superb location and appointments, including the finest bed I have ever slept on. Facility was spotless. Breakfast included the best smoked fish and fresh croissants in all of Scandinavia. Only ding is for an aloof spa staff.

Raar eigenlijk van het begin tot het einde heb ik niet het het gevoel te hebben gehad dat ik hier welkom was. Ook bij het inchecken erg ongeïnteresseerd. Vroeg bij inchecken of ik gereserveerd had met ontbijt, dat was niet zo, wilt u het wel regelen. Ja dat kon. Achteraf was het alleen voor de eerste dag geregeld ( bleef 5 nachten) Ontbijt kost iets van 35€ het vreemde is dat ik voor egg-bennedict zo'n 18 € moest bijbetalen. Dat komt dus op ruim 50 € voor een ontbijt. Zelfs voor een 5*hotel vind ik dat niet normaal! Vroeg een dag voor vertrek of ik iets later kon uitchecken, dat kon. Op de dag zelf bleek mijn deur pas niet te werken. Kom je personeel op de gang, of receptie tegen nagenoeg niemand groet je. Had een kamer geboekt met uitzicht op de straat kant. Keek uit op het midden terrein. Kamer was niet groot maar oke. Badkamer met toilet en douche cel. En badjas, één grote handdoek. Eén keer in het restaurant gegeten, maar dat behoort niet, bleek achteraf, bij het hotel, moest meteen afrekenen. (Overigens heerlijk eten) Locatie is uitstekend, de hele stad is goed compact. En een shopping walhalla. Café Ekhart zit vlakbij en div filialen van Fazer zijn er waar je prima kunt ontbijten. Mijn was laten doen en dat was prima. Het is géén slecht hotel maar heb er een ander gevoel bij.

The location, service, and breakfast at this hotel are excellent. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Helsinki, but this hotel stood out. We had to leave for the airport at 5 AM; they prepared a good breakfast—complete with cappuccino to take with us. Highly recommend this hotel.
