A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

Fantastic week at Stella Palace!!! 2nd visit and will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing, as well as the waterpark and other facilities. A 5 star experience. Would highly recommend the area at the 900 bar. Especially the world's greatest barman Giannis🍾🍷🍸🍹

We had a gorgeous stay! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Food was incredible and we had the most amazing massage in the spa. The facilities are spotless and our room was beautiful. They really thought of all the little touches and we came away with souvenirs to remember the hotel. Only a couple of things we would mention. The cost of dinner was a little excessive. We paid an ridiculous amount for a fillet of salmon and what mentioned on the menu to come with potatoes. What came out (no exaggeration) was half of a baby salad potato cut in half (so two quarters of a baby potato). I felt a little hungry in the evening but it did taste amazing though so compliments to the chef! The only other thing we would suggest is that the pools are heated warmer at this time of year without the huge charges that you had to pay if you wanted the temperature increased by a couple of degrees. We had paid for a room with a private pool and had come to the resort specifically for the pool rooms but it was so cold we couldn't use it. Hardly anyone was using the main pools as well which is such a shame! I only braved it once in the main pool and didn't dare go back in again, and I am used to swimming in the sea in the UK! The air temps during our stay was between 22-24C and we found the sea warmer than the pools. It could be an idea to heat one of the main pools to a usable temperature and then leave the others unheated. At least one would then be usable and no doubt more guests would be swimming. I understand that the pool temperature would be ideal for mid summer but definitely not for October! Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return... In the summer though when we can use the pools.

This place was wonderful for myself, wife and two boys (8 and 10). There’s lots of things to keep you busy from the water park, water sports to the pool and loads more. I would especially like to mention Bela, she ran the veranda pool bar and could not do any more to make our stay brilliant. She was so helpful with getting the food/drink we asked for and a wealth of local knowledge. Very approachable, professional and absolutely lovely to our two boys catering for their every need. The main restaurant is great with lots of variety and the a la cart restaurants are fantastic. All in all we had a great time and as mentioned the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, a true 5 star experwince.

The hotel facilities are very good and new, the swimming is a highlight, and the sunset is especially beautiful. The recliners by the pool need to take a seat in the morning, the towels provided by the recliners and the seat covers are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is romantic and the food is delicious. Hotel service staff try their best to provide services, but seems to be insufficient skills, questions can not be answered in time, need patience, etc. Overall very recommended hotel

Five star golf hotel on a hill with sea view. Very quiet. Hotel offers a bus several times to Herionissos Village where you can go to the beach, shopping, supermarket and many restaurant and bars. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a wide range of food. Hotel offers a tennis and volleyball court, mini golf, in and outdoor pool as well as a kids playground and spa. Our junior suite has bed, living and bathroom as well as a well equipped kitchen. There was a bottle of white wine as welcome gift in the room

After our trip around Crete we added another week of golf. We felt completely comfortable. The morning began with a breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Then we read at the beautiful pool and watched the golfers at hole 1 from the pool. The pool was ours alone in the mornings. A small snack at lunchtime was sufficient for the subsequent round of golf. Throughout the week, ”our” buggy was ready to go with enough water for the round. In addition, a catering buggy drove across the square to provide free drinks during the round. The course is in good condition and has large, fairly fast greens that were easy to putt. The course is a challenge for every handicap class and wants to be conquered tactically. Signature hole was lane 6 for us. In the afternoon we had the place to ourselves. The dinner was excellent in every respect. Dinner prices reasonable. The Greek wines were good companions but unfortunately a bit overpriced if you know the purchase prices. The extremely friendly and prudent staff deserves special mention. Our special thanks go to the manager of the hotel, who tirelessly tried to show us the Bundesliga relegation on the big screen on the first evening. Many thanks, Mr. Sotiropoulos. We stayed as a family of four (children aged 6 and 4) in October. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room. It is one big room separated by a sliding door. We never actually felt the need to close the door. The food was excellent. Our favourite was probably the main restaurant, we also visited the Greek, Asian and Steak. They were all good, no complaints. There was always a great choice and variation in main restaurant. The kids food was super too. The pools were cold in October but we did visit the water park daily which the kids loved. I imagine it would be very busy in Summer. The kids park is super. We didn’t book our kids into the kids club but if we were at the park they were always welcomed to join in as we sat close by. Access to the football pitches was a bonus, we took our own ball. My son wasn’t keen to take park in the football training but it looked great for kids. We just played ourselves. You can also play table tennis FOC. Hotel is in a great location, only about 20 mins from the airport. We didn’t venture out of resort much as we felt there was enough on site to keep our family occupied. Didn’t feel overcrowded in October but might feel different in summer. I would highly recommend this hotel.
