It was fine when I went two years ago, but this time I had to wait an hour to check in, and during that time I just had to wait in the lobby, which had neither air conditioning nor a fan.
There was an elevator, but it wasn't working, so I had to use the stairs.
I finally managed to check in and went to my room, without a single sorry, and the floor was covered in dust.
I wondered when the room was last cleaned.
To top it off, the window frames had come off, and the exposed glass was scary.
The view from the room was good, as the ocean was right in front of me.
The only good thing about it was the ocean view.
There was nothing else good about it.
I won't be going back.

It was written about a double bed and a sofa bed, but in reality there is only one 1.5 or 1.4 meter bed. After some theory, an extra bed was added. The hotel is quite good, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool. You can go out to the sea and go snorkeling in a place surrounded by people.

Another great stay Returned and everything was good it was a long weekend so the hotel was very busy Food was good and tasty and better then last time some live cooking pasta at dinner.Tv channels was not working but manager told us it will be fixed soon See you again keep it up.

Came with a group for the long weekend. Best location on the beach .Rooms were clean and had everything needed. Buffet was good and tasty with action at breakfast and diner. Tv channels not working but manager Robet explained it will come soon. We had a late check out which was nice Will be back

The location and the view are good with easy access to hikkaduwa beach. Food: Very basic buffet. Very limited options. Old buns with few slices of tomato. 6 items of main course. 3 items of dessert. Only ice cream and fruit parts. Staff: Pathetic. Basic. No standard. Not trained. No uniforms for some. One white guy was roaming around shouting to staff but useless. Short of staff. Rooms: We stayed in modified rooms paying more than the regualar rooms. Room lock is a type of what is used in bathrooms of a regular house. No security. TV not working. AC making sounds. Otherthan that, rooms are ok with sea views. Checkin and Checkout: Basic, slow. We had to ask for the welcome drink and wait 5 mins to recieve it. Lunch time was notified as 12.30. So we checked out with our kids at 12.30 to have lunch. Lunch was not ready until 1.15 so that we decided to have a refund and leave without lunch. Overall Hotel Condition: Aged, Dirty, Not maintained properly Conclusion: Avoid. There are better hotels around the area with the same or less price range. It is not a star grade hotel not even close to that.

If you love to enjoy your holiday with 🪳 cockroach’s, Geckos 🦎 and Rats 🐀 please make sure you visit this hotel to have more fun ! You will get the full experience, for example you will have a cockroach jump onto your face. Poor Hospitality! NOT recommended.
