I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service made my stay truly memorable. ***Accommodations: The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

So we arrived at this hotel yesterday 14.11.2019. Receptionist lady was polite. When we get to our room the wall paper is ripped everywhere. There is cobwebs, stained sheet and a dirty bathroom. We thought ok maybe we change rooms its only three nights. We left the room and the corridor was disgustingly dirty- Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. We went to reception and the reception was somebody different very ignorant. Told us to take a seat. On waiting and looking around we saw more dirt dust and grime everywhere. We sat for about 5 mins and then a massive Rat ran right past our feet inside the hotel. I got straight on my phone and booked another hotel within 2 mins walking distance. We went back upstairs to get or suitcase and the lift was not working turns out when we could get in a man was oiling it- How dangerous. On telling the ignorant reception we were go to an new hotel they didn’t even ask why. I can see this being because they are used to this happening. Avoid all cost a real health hazard. Wouldn't even give one star but couldn't do none

I had a great experience with the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel room had an old-fashioned vibe, but overall it was good. The only issue I had was with the toilet. I kept hearing flushing sounds even when I wasn't using it. It might be a problem with the water pressure or something, I don't know haha. *picture not related

The room is small, the layout of the room is stuffy, the floor in the room is dirty and dark, the hotel space is prisoned. There is also no one to clean the room, pouring garbage in the shift. My sister missed booking for parents for two nights temporarily staying in SG, the family visited asked to book an extra room to let it up 🙃😳 when I talked to the manager, the handling was very bad. Then I called my parents to the lobby, the hotel manager said I 3 times ”if you want, you call Uncle to talk in the lobby” (although before I refused because I could call my parents myself, And it was time for my parents to go down to the lobby to sit and wait for the car to eat instead of staying in the hotel lobby) - Manager Reason again repeat the above (cross your face like, tell 🥥 belly or something :) )

place was super clean and full of amenities you’d need at home so it basically feels like home. convenient too as there is a mall nearby (~3 mins walk). there’s a convenience store right outside too
