I work at a hotel in Japan.
I was a little worried about security at this hotel.
I don't know if the people sleeping in the lobby were guests.
By the way, the staff are always sleeping, so you have to wake them up gently before asking for a favor.

It's ridiculous. They move the hotel arbitrarily and the bathtub leaks, so the room becomes a sea of water.

My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated for the confusion at my arrival. Thank you Minh for making my final night in Saigon very enjoyable!

Im from Australia . My partner & I rent a room 201 . Room dirty and smelly👎👎👎 . After 10 mins check in the room . We found lices on the bed . We reported it to reception guy and the owner . The owner didnt even say sorry to us . She told us if u wanna change the room . Pay more money . What 's the heck ? Very bad service . If u guys are going living there . Think twices about the lices ok ? Wanna thanks to Reception guy . He is helpful and friendly . Very bad services from the owner . We checked out right away after 10 mins checked in the room Never come to this hostel again .. 👎👎👎👎👎
