It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. The room is spacious and clean, although it feels a little old. Our room was on the first floor, but it was right in front of the pool, so it may be noisy during the day if people are in it. My friend and I shared a room, but the bathtub was in the room, so it's a perfect hotel for couples. Breakfast was a choice, not a buffet. The staff were very helpful in arranging and negotiating with us about taxis, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing without any problems.

It's really close to the old town.
The facilities are average. It was nice to have a pool for this price range.
You can sometimes see lizard friends in the room, and the breakfast was not tasty.
The staff is friendly.

Breakfast Vietnamese style so so
It takes ten minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. The most beautiful place is by the river at night.
There is a western restaurant with spaghetti next to it
It takes about 35 to 40 minutes by car to Da Nang.
The swimming pool is quite big

I highly recommend this place to almost everyone! The staff are great! All staff are helpful and friendly. The food and drinks are great! The views are beautiful, the location is perfect, they give you the privacy you want and very peaceful! The room was great, clean and super comfortable! Had a great stay in a great place! This accommodation is close to the city and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with lots of travel tips. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Everyone was very chatty and provided a lot of useful information. The room was clean, no smell, and the air conditioner was cool. All in all, I highly recommend this place to stay.
