Excellent
GGuest UserIn the eastern area of Monaco but well connected with public means to the city center. For the customer who arrives in car, a private parking is available at the floor -1 for payment (but free parking is also available on the street). We stayed in a premium room that objectively had nothing to envy of the hotel rooms of a much higher category. Light, sufficiently spacious, with a wide and comfortable bed, excellently air-conditioned, with flat-screen TV and a coffee-capsule machine. If you have to show some deficiencies, we notify the absence of a pre-conditioned box, a refrigerator bar, a safe. For breakfast we went to the bakery/pasta site just below the hotel (open 7/7 from 7.00) and we recommend it. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
GGuest UserPro: - Free deep garage Contra: - The outflow in the bathroom has provided a durable, terrible smell. You had to keep the bathroom door closed permanently, otherwise the smell would have been pulled through the entire room - in the bathroom there was a small, three-storey car in which you could store his things for the bathroom. Unfortunately, this car was so extremely dirty at all three levels of deposition that you had to undergo something everywhere. - The bathroom had only 2 hooks to be. Handsets to hang - In the shower the shower head was loose so that it could only hang the shower head down - The tube of the shower head was through the permanent ”down-hang” completely knocked so very little water came out of the shower head. - In one of our beds was a living cage - the tiles in the bathroom on the ground were already dark - the mirror in the bathroom was overflowed after arrival of water flirts - In the breakfast room there is a staff member who appears to be disappointed as she comes to the breakfast room every few minutes, doing as if she wash a table and then watching people at the dinner. A very nervous behaviour, because you can't have a quiet breakfast - the staff of the Putz column get in the breakfast room without desinfecting their hands beforehand, with their white hands their food (brood, sauce, cheese), touch this and take it into account
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city. The latter, however, can also reach walking. I left the car in the underground parking, free and very comfortable. The room was very clean, modern (small for 3 people but not for 2) and suitable for the comfort levels of this kind of hotel, but NOT for the swelled price that all the reception facilities in Monaco have during this period of the year. the same room would cost € 289 in a month ... Breakfast, instead, would not be suitable in both cases. Very scarce. Personal parque de sorrises. Surely I would come back, during the party. Hello.
GGuest UserThis hotel is next to an S station, very close to an underground station, and has a tram station outside. Despite this it is very quiet at night. Several nearby place offer dining options and it seems like a residential neighborhood to me. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast is available and good but pricey, a bakery is next door and another further down the block. Rooms are small with no chairs, a sliding door serves either the toilet or bath, but only one at a time. The bath fan is underpowered and did virtually nothing to keep the mirror cleared. The bed was comfortable. Very good access to the airport via S-bahn, very good access to Hauptbanhof via U-bahn. This is clearly a place to sleep and cleanup, but not somewhere to hang around with friends. If you're a busy tourist it will meet your needs but it's a bit far from Marienplatz and the main tourist areas though not too far from Nymphenburg Palace.
GGuest UserThe B and B hotels in Germany are great deals. I’ve used several and have never been disappointed. They’re small but are a perfect sleep spot. You don’t pay for crap you don’t need, no microwave, no fridge, no free morning coffee. If that’s what you need, don’t use these hotels. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and chill while working or touring, these places are perfect. Clean, cheap, friendly. In europe, I check for their availability before I look for anything else.
The Pension Seibel is a decent hotel in an old building. The front desk/reception area/ breakfast room is all sort of crammed together on the second floor (1st floor by European standards?). That space was hot, stuffy and crowded but we spent very little time there so it wasn’t a huge problem. The staff was helpful and friendly but the entire place needs some renovation. Everything was clean and the locks on all the doors are old mechanical devices but they all work properly. The room itself was a bit tired. The ceilings have clearly been added to reduce what was likely a lot of extra space to heat/cool. The room lacked both a fan and/or A/C. The large windows did fully open but overlooked an alley with trash cans, workers and lots of pigeons. The curtains were unacceptable and appeared to be completely missing at least one complete section. The bathroom was tiny and barely functional. The toilet worked, but just barely. The shower faucet was twitchy and if you bumped it even slightly you were rewarded with very cold or very hot water. The shower had an old plastic curtain that didn’t do much to contain the water in the shower. Overall, the bathroom was workable but less than ideal. The electrical outlets in the room were a bit suspect looking but they worked. The TV carried some local news but had a lot of nonfunctional channels. I don’t need a TV in room but it’s nice to get local weather without having to rely on your phone. On the positive side, the tram stop was close by. There were 2 excellent restaurants/beer gardens nearby. The room had a comfortable bed and everything was clean. Perhaps the price for this room should be a little lower considering the overall condition but it wasn’t bad. Had the room been priced about 25% lower I would have no complaints. It was a bit overpriced for what it was.
