It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. This was one of the most convenient and spacious hotels near Kwai Hing metro station. The front desk is ever vigilant to help you with your needs and give good directions about the area. They really know their customers. They gave me extra large rubbish bags when I needed them plus toilet tissue with other toiletries. The rooms have good space and security is top notch. Plenty of clean towels. I had a great night sleep and good space to work on business. Excellent view also :-) Cheers to the staff, I will definitely book again :-)

The location is a bit inconvenient to be fair, needs a fair bit of walking to get to public transport, in the HK heat it may be a problem. But generally the room is clean, place is nice. Honestly no complaints.

Hotel was alright. Location needs about 5-10 min walk from the MTR. There’s not much food around sadly, just a 7 eleven downstairs. Room is pretty typical size too. Breakfast was not too amazing for the price point, but serviceable.

I always thought Mira is New and Modern. It was quite old to me.. Well, its off season all rooms were cheap though. They were up grated me which was nice. The location is greate. Very close from Kowloon station

It takes at least 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, Songhuangtai, and there is no shade from the sun or rain during the walk. Yes, it’s completely open-air, the whole way! When I took a taxi from the West Kowloon High Speed ​​Rail Station to the hotel, the taxi driver had never heard of this new hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to check in and the fee is HKD 80, but because there are 2 suitcases, an extra HKD 12 is charged, totaling HKD 92. Regarding the smell of the new hotel decoration, I don't know why so many people say it has no smell. . . I tell you with all my conscience, the room smells very strong! It's very heavy! When taking care of your baby, rhinitis patients, please be careful! Because it is a new hotel, the facilities must be brand new.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

It is good hotel in a convinient location. Suitable for visitors from Shenzhen, Nanshan and Shekou area. The hotel is good for family recreation. It is pricy at holidays and weekends if you plan to visit for one week or more it will be better to travel to Vietnam or Thailand. Anyway it is a huge problem of Hong Kong. The environment is nice. The beach is literally in front of the hotel and it is clean and tidy. Restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive and the food isn't that tasty. Unfortunately hotel doesn't answer emails.

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

I had a wonderful stay recently. The hotel is elegantly decorated, combining modern and classy luxury. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the overall comfort and convenience. Although I didn't have the opportunity to try the food, my experience was so positive that I definitely plan to return.
