It was quite nice hotel, unfortunately the location still a challenge for those who wants to see something nearby. The food was ok, but the time of the breakfast can be extended.

Room is clean and spacious with Hong Kong standard.
It will be nicer if free shuttle to be provide to other places in Hong Kong.
Overall is a good resting before returning home.

If you are looking for better view go to Sheraton, if you wanna better value of your money go somewhere cheaper. Beer was good tho.
Very poor communication from the desk. I messaged from Trip about the pick up location 2 days before they replied after we took a taxi and arrived like
6pm. And I tried to call a day before, no one pick up.
Bathroom drainage is not working properly on the night. Having late showers so didn’t bother to get anyone to it just waited and had a 3mins shower and when I told them in the morning they just had an “ok” response.

十一月中旬的酒店不知道價格都很貴，我們提前半個月查詢，市區同等level的價格基本都在1500+。正好去迪士尼玩，這家酒店真的很划算！
房間大小：
寬敞～面積也不算太小，28寸行李箱放得下～但是也不會太
位置：
步行到東涌地鐵站大概10～15min，看走路快慢。一定要從東薈城裡麪穿過，又快又方便！
房間設施&服務：
福朋喜來登是沒有魚缸的，但是其他設施都不錯，還算新。
客房服務也很及時，有普通話，非常贊～
早餐：
金卡不送成人，送一份小童早餐，相當於一大一小
110港幣，太合適了～主要是味道也不錯，種類豐富！蒸點的蝦餃依然是最愛，補貨也非常快，好評！
小朋友最愛當然是甜品，麪包類做的還可以，養樂多一早能幹2瓶！如果帶娃，非常推薦在酒店吃早餐哦～
總結：
下次去迪士尼一定會選喜來登！再也不考慮迪士尼度假區的酒店了！

Friendly staff and helpful. Room is clean and spaceious given in HK area. Easy to move around with their shutter bus from airport and to Tung Chong train station.

It was a very pleasant start, the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, need to take the free shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR station or Airport, the waiting interval is quite fast.
There are also a few food options across the street from the Four Points Sheraton hotel. The other Sheraton hotel right next to ours also has food options.
Citygate outlet mall connecting to Tung Chung MTR has good shopping and food places.
Overall a great place to stay in. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable 👍☺️

Easy check in process, good transport from the airport via shuttle to the hotel. Has restaurants right opposite the hotel to eat food even quite late at night. Clean room and correctly depicts the photos. Would recommend as a close option to the airport for transits or late flights. Nice sea view too!

Very good for families, shuttle service is very convenient from tun chung and airport. We also have a very smooth check in and check out. Service water is very helpful.
