Pros: The location of hotel is good. Not so far from Jordan station but also not in noisy place Everyday cleaning Friendly stuff The beautiful view Clean bedsheets and towels Cons: The smell of old furniture in the room is strong. I guess there is a high humidity as in another buildings in Hong Kong. I recommend to change the carpet and wallpapers. About couple days after I didn’t notice the smell. In general I enjoyed living there

The hotel has a great environment, convenient location, and good hygiene. It provides a great experience for business trips to Hong Kong, and the Victoria Harbour scenery is also beautiful. The hotel's service attitude is very good, especially the handsome guy with glasses at the front desk who is very gentle.

The location of the hotel is excellent, by just walking distance, you can enjoy fantastic view and delicious food. The panoramic view of Victoria harbour is just a stone away from hotel. The hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Everything was just nice and worth to stay. The check in check out process is quick. The cafeteria is a good place to have talk with nice coffee and dessert.

Always a wonderful experience at our favourite hotel. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk staff are kind and attentive and always available to answer questions. The hotel was recently renovated but they’ve done well in preserving the rich history within its walls. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and elegantly decorated. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk from Nanjing Road, and the metro which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. Always happy to return.

Hotel is really old and run down, the whole place has damp carpet smell including in the rooms, the mattress in my room was so old in curved in like the shape of a boat, it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Maybe newly renovated rooms are better but I cannot say as I didn’t get that room type. But we do get what we pay for.

I recently stayed at Empire Hotel in HK and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to access numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What stood out the most was the friendly staff, who were always willing to help and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I recommend the hotel for anyone looking for convenient accommodation in HK.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

Location great. Very near to Sai Ying Pun A3 metro exit (Take right after A3 exit, cross a traffic signal. Hotel is to your right). Very near to shops, eateries. Room extremely small for 2 people with luggage. Please carry toiletries like shower caps, razors, etc. None provided per Govt. rule. Also own water. No water provided. Didn't eat in hotel so cannot comment on choice of food.

It was a great experience overall. We reached the hotel at around 2 PM, but they couldn't check us in due to the Microsoft outage. There was a lot of confusion among other visitors, and the lobby was packed with people waiting for the check-in to start. I appreciate the front desk associate Abegail keeping her calm and composed smile, asking if we had lunch and, if not, to come back after lunch for check-in. The place was right next to the Nathan Road exit of East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. That means it is next to Chungking Mansion for all things Indian. So we went to a restaurant inside Chungking Mansion, and by the time we got back, there was a long queue for check-in. Although the line was long, the front office staff quickly processed the check-ins. Mine just took 3 mins by the same front desk staff - Abegail. She also mentioned that I was getting an upgrade because all the Premium rooms with two double bed options were already occupied. We went to the room and it was awesome! The room was clean, and the pillows were named ”firm” and ”soft” so we could choose which to use. The room had an air purifier. Then, we opened the curtain to a scene showing Hong Kong's reality. While as a tourist, we are usually only privy to the better scenery of the place, we were looking at how cramped the living conditions were in Hong Kong. But to the left of our window was a bell tower and a garden; behind that was the Victoria Harbor strip. The best part of the hotel is the location and proximity to MTR, which allows you to visit all the places.
