Traveling with kids, it was very convenient to get to the hotel from Kowloon MTR station; you just walk through Elements Mall, past the LV store, and you're there. The hotel pool is indeed very beautiful. The mall has Lei Garden and many other great food options, making everything easily accessible. The only negative was that a cleaning lady knocked on our door, then suddenly swiped her card and walked right in to ask us when we were checking out. That was very rude.
