Amazing
KKsjuterI experienced both the deluxe single room and the capsule single room. Both room types are on the same floor and neither can be locked. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is very quiet. The sound of me unzipping my backpack in the room was already quite loud. Based on different budgets, I would recommend both the deluxe single room and the capsule single room. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would definitely come back if I have the chance.
Cleanliness: Surprisingly clean, from the hallway and room to the bathroom.

WwsllmhlVisited Japan with friends in July. Since it's a bit inconvenient for three people to stay in a guesthouse, we decided to try a capsule hotel, and it turned out to be really great! It was clean, well-equipped, and the service was attentive, offering excellent value for money. If you're traveling with a group or don't want to spend too much on accommodation, capsule hotels are definitely a good choice.

006mattwNice clean, modern hotel. Good amenities and location. Only problem was that it’s a curtain between you at the outside so less privacy and can get stuff as no ac in the capsule.
The card machine also did not work when I went, even tried 2 different card types so I had to leave and get cash and come back.

AAnonymous UserHad a really comfortable experience this time! You leave your shoes on the first floor and take your key up to the second floor for check-in. The front desk staff spoke English, and check-in was quick with my ID. All the amenities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, the space was large and not stuffy, and both the bathroom and washroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a convenience store and various restaurants downstairs. It was great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka!

AAnonymous UserThe women's communal showers had a strong smell of urine, which felt very unhygienic. There were only two shower cubicles, so we often had to queue outside to use them.
The room size was adequate, and there were lockable drawers under the bed. However, the room door itself could not be locked, which was a significant safety concern.
I stayed in women's dorm room 422. Throughout the night and early morning, staff members were constantly entering and exiting, performing some unidentified tasks. They were slamming doors and rearranging items, creating a significant amount of noise. To my surprise, in the morning, a male staff member entered the women's dorm room to tidy it up, which made me feel very unsafe.
Before check-in, explicit rules were stated prohibiting noise and eating in the rooms, even requiring headphones for watching TV. Despite these strict rules for guests, their own staff continuously made noise, leading to a very poor night's sleep.
The location, however, was extremely convenient.

AAmanzhol YestekovLocals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual.
There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths:
two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C.
You dip in and instantly feel alive.
One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying.
There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient.
Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day.
The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience.
They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt.
You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything.
Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy.
Downsides?
A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM.
If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day.
Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay.
Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.

GGuest UserYou can’t beat this kind of place. Cheap and cheerful. One cheerful guy at front desk for sure is Ryo Sakamoto. Every time I went to the front desk, he would smile more. It seems like all guests make him smile.

TTravelbug247Was a good hostel with comfy beds and plenty of room. Common area is spacious with cooking appliances which is good. Staff are so so lovely!
I read many reviews about the train running across it but do not take these lightly!! I’m pretty good at sleeping through snoring, parties etc but the train is so insanely loud and the entire hostel shakes. I would sleep solidly from 12-5 then wake up every couple of minutes as the trains started again.

YYouxiadiqiMy first night in Osaka. This place is considerably quieter than hotels near Shin-Imamiya Station. However, do note that the onsen has restricted hours. Also, you'll need to get a key from the front desk to access the shower rooms. Overall, the service was acceptable.
