I asked for a two-hour late check-out and offered to pay, but the front desk staff was cold and said there was no late check-out option, and that if I wanted to stay longer, I'd have to pay for a full extra day. I've booked several hotels with three beds, and this one was definitely on the larger side."

The hotel was very clean, the onsen was fantastic after a long day of sightseeing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the hallway lights stayed on at night, which could make sleeping a bit more difficult. Despite this, I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Osaka. It also felt very safe, especially for a woman traveling alone."
