Guest UserI was quite worried because the accommodation seemed to have been built only a few days ago, so there were no reviews and it didn't show up on maps. However, unlike the exterior, the interior was well-maintained, and it was incredibly quiet despite being in a busy area. The bathroom and shower room were spotless, and I was surprised to see a body dryer in every stall!! I also liked that breakfast was included and there was an unlimited alcohol time, albeit for just one hour!! The location in Seomyeon is excellent, and the subway isn't too far away, which is great! Everything was thoughtfully prepared, including a water dispenser, a small exercise area in the basement, towels, pajamas, a water dispenser, cotton swabs, and a comb. It was excellent!! If they just maintain it consistently, it would be a truly great place!!

Guest UserThis hotel is not far from the subway station in Gwangalli, Busan. The beachfront area is very popular, with many people coming here for holidays. There are lots of bars and restaurants facing the sea, and you can even see the Busan Bridge. At night, you might even catch fireworks being set off from boats on the water.

Travel with Yi VonThis place is very close by to station and convenience if you need somewhere to stop by just for a night. It is located walking distance from Seoul station and convenient if you need to transit to another city as the next day you can just walk to Seoul station to take the bullet train.

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain.
However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

Checked in on June 24th. The lady at the front desk in the morning was incredibly helpful and attentive. We were able to store our luggage before check-in. Just a heads up, the hotel has a break from 9 AM to 11 AM. There are four coffee shops right outside the hotel and several aesthetic clinics nearby, all within walking distance, which is super convenient! The room itself was okay overall. The air conditioning seemed to be on constantly, but the window could be opened. Be careful, though, as there were mosquitoes. They provided an electric blanket, which made for a pretty good night's sleep. Given the excellent location and the price of only a few hundred NTD, the overall experience gets a huge boost!

Guest UserThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Overall, I liked the Billy Hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, and everything was quite good; the stay was comfortable.
The only thing that was highly missing was proper adaptation for international English-speaking guests. The remote control for both the TV and the air conditioner is combined, and it is entirely in Korean. This makes it very difficult for foreigners to navigate. There are almost no English tips or signs in the room (in fact, there are none at all) — for instance, even finding out how to connect to the room's Wi-Fi was not clear immediately.
It would be highly appreciated if they provided an English remote control, or at least left a simple printed English instruction sheet next to it explaining the main buttons. The same goes for the internet connection guide.
Other than that, everything else was fine, and it is a decent place to stay. I can confidently rate it 4 stars out of 5.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children.
There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
