BBeikuaididemaoThe hotel offers a VIP direct access to the mountain, so even if you've already bought your tickets, you can go in anytime without an appointment. The butler service was very attentive and responsive, making everything so easy. The luggage porter was also very helpful and quick to address any issues. The bedding was super comfortable. Even though it gets light early here, I slept really well thanks to the excellent blackout curtains and the quiet, odor-free room. The only minor issue was that the bathroom light circuit might be a bit old. The hotel's hot spring was a highlight, especially the kids' specific pool. The bathrobes and slippers came with wristband clips, so there was no chance of mix-ups, and fresh ones were always available. My kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean. We visited during a cold snap with temperatures around -30 degrees Celsius outside, but the room stayed wonderfully warm. The amenities were comprehensive; since we were traveling with a child, they even provided a kids' toothbrush set and slippers.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The complimentary pick-up/drop-off service to and from the station, plus the shuttle, made getting around worry-free. They even had ginger tea and jujube tea available at the entrance. The complimentary afternoon tea was also delicious!

MM500908****Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and the owner was lovely. The hotel also has many animals, and a different breakfast is served every day. They can also help book various activities, which was a lot of fun and very comfortable. You can even set off fireworks in the courtyard at night! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

CchickensoupforthesoulThe service provided by the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
Complimentary transportation was arranged from the railway station to the hotel, and guests are also provided transport to Changbai Mountain. An advantage is the hotel’s dedicated access lane which allowed us to reach the mountain much faster than regular visitors, although the return journey still requires queuing with everyone else.
The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The hotel is also partnered with a nearby hot spring facility, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the mountain. The hotspring can only be described as chakra alignment.
We missed breakfast at 9 AM, but the staff kindly prepared an entire table of food for us despite our late arrival. That gesture alone left a lasting impression and showed how much they cared about their guests.
Special thanks to Annie and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable.
Some caveats though: the hotel is located higher up the mountain, so dining options outside of the hotel restaurant are rather limited. There is also no self-service washing machine, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, having WeChat is a must, as many of the hotel’s services and communications are handled through it.

MM9955****Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

入住前管家就主動聯繫，根據我們的時間和興趣定製了鬆散不累的動線。推薦了民宿車程10分鐘的麓角村，原始靜謐很出片；下午用贈送的230元代金券選了峽谷浮石林，全程無縫銜接。
❷ 接送服務是硬核便利
高鐵站接+北景區集散中心送全包。尤其在北坡，自己叫車不確定性強，民宿按時接送，省下的不止是錢，更是心安。
❸ “祛班味”圍爐煮茶，不是擺拍道具
在獨立茶室自己動手烤橘子紅薯，茶葉選擇多，氛圍鬆弛。能真正坐下來聊聊天、發發呆的體驗，在匆忙的旅行裏太難得了。
❹ 最戳我的隱形服務：免費借羽絨服和雨傘
長白山天氣多變，民宿前台常備乾淨羽絨服和雨傘供客人免費借用。上山那天突然降温，借的羽絨服成了救命裝備。這種不聲張卻實實在在的貼心，比任何華麗詞藻都動人。
❺ 房間住得舒心
智能聲控、星空觀景窗、熱乎的早餐……這些標配它都做得紮實。早上躺着看雪景喝熱牛奶，度假感瞬間拉滿。

On the left side of the hotel is the wetland and flower sea, directly opposite is the square, and on the right side is the military safety factor! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain in the morning, which is so convenient! Highly recommended! Finally, the hotel service and pick-up service were heartwarming and the staff were enthusiastic. They even helped us contact us to charter a car to Yanji! Everything went smoothly on the trip, it was great👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, and they offer a pick-up service from Changbaishan High-Speed Rail Station. There's a restaurant on the 8th floor, which makes dining very convenient. It's also close to the ski resort, so we had a lot of fun. All the staff members were incredibly nice. It was a very satisfying stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
