This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life.
The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth â every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day.
From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I chose the Jiyue Shanjie Hotel.
The hotel's location and transportation are quite good, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain North Slope distribution center.
We booked a superior twin room, which had one double bed and one single bed, accommodating three people.
The hotel's hygiene was well-maintained, though we did have to remind the front desk for daily cleaning during our extended stay.
Breakfast was served at the neighboring Manyue Hotel, which is reportedly under the same ownership. The buffet breakfast was decent.
The hotel offers butler service. With advance booking, they provide pick-up and drop-off services to the high-speed rail station. They also have private car or shared car services for other attractions. However, sometimes arrangements couldn't be made, and we weren't informed promptly, which is something I hope they can improve upon.
Regarding the price, I stayed in a superior twin room in early February. I booked it about 10 days in advance, and it cost around 450 RMB per night, which was a bit pricey.

After a ton of research before my trip to Changbai Mountain, I finally picked this guesthouse, and it totally exceeded my expectations! No fancy gimmicks, just genuine comfort and thoughtful touches. Staying here during winter travel really maxed out my happiness!
đď¸ **Atmosphere through the roof â step in and itâs a snow kingdom fairy tale.**
The guesthouse has a traditional Korean wooden aesthetic, complemented by warm yellow lighting, so as soon as you step inside, the chill of Changbai Mountain is kept out. The common area has huge floor-to-ceiling windows; the room layout is smart, the bedding is super soft â once you lie down, you won't want to get up! You can even make a hot cup of tea by the window and watch the snow; photos turn out great without any filters!
𧟠**Detail-oriented folks will rejoice â so clean it puts your mind at ease.**
The hygiene at this hotel is absolutely impeccable!
The room floor and tabletops are spotless, the bedding is pristine and soft, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the vanity and toilet are gleaming â you can't even find a speck of dust in the corners.
đŠđź **Service thatâs not overbearing, but thoughtful everywhere.**
No overly enthusiastic intrusions, just the right amount of considerate care:
During check-in, the front desk attendant quickly processed everything and proactively offered a Changbai Mountain travel guide and tips to avoid common pitfalls.
Coming back in the evening, I found two extra bottles of mineral water and some frozen Northeast pears.
They were always responsive to requests, with a gentle and patient attitude, making you feel comfortable like a friend.
đ **Excellent location, zero travel burden.**
Itâs very close to the north slope scenic area of Changbai Mountain, just a few minutes' drive away. The surrounding area is a commercial and leisure zone with supermarkets and restaurants, making it convenient for buying local specialties and souvenirs or enjoying good food. No need to rush for an early bus or stress about finding your way; after a tiring day, you can just come back and relax â perfect for a vacation!
⨠**Overall impression: You can pick this accommodation with your eyes closed, no regrets!**
No Instagram filters, just a real experience: a healing environment, impeccable hygiene, thoughtful service, practical facilities, and a convenient location. If youâre coming to Changbai Mountain, staying here is the right choice. Iâve already recommended it to all my friends, and Iâll definitely stay here again next time!

There's a pick-up and drop-off service, but the price isn't cheap for the town. The space inside is quite nice, so I cleaned up the hair in the bathroom drain and the dust on the hot water heater on the table myself. However, the biggest problem turned out to be with the door. Because of the door frame, it kept making a clanging sound. I contacted the owner immediately, and they applied anti-slip tape, but that didn't solve the problem. They said they'd figure something out the next day, but I couldn't sleep all night because of the clanging noise. It was very uncomfortable. The next morning, before leaving, I confirmed with the staff whether someone had cleaned the room the night before, and they said yes. But when I returned, the owner said the cleaning service had already closed. Having climbed the snow-covered mountain all day, I didn't bother with it. I just asked the owner to give me a few towels and two bottles of water, and that was it. In the end, they just taped the door frame.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at since coming to Changbai Mountain for business. It's exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and they even offer a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. The value for money is far superior to other chain hotels of the same star rating. The handmade wontons at breakfast are especially delicious! I'll definitely choose Songyunjian Boutique Hotel again for future business trips. Highly recommended!

DaguanggechangbudaHighly recommend! This hotel opened in 2024, so all the facilities are brand new and there's no unpleasant new-building smell. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the tourist center and the beautiful wetland flower fields. The room itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and the heating works wonderfully. They really paid attention to the details: a large TV with screen casting, a smart toilet, and disposable toiletries. Both the service and amenities are excellent, making it the perfect place to fully relax after a long day of exploring.

Guest UserThe hotel was incredibly welcoming! This chain truly offers standard, satisfactory service. The room was spacious and bright, the front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie tidied the room every day. We'd fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore, which was great. The free shuttle service from the station was also very good.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.
