GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute.
Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless.
Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style.
Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

PPudajingThe B&B is located near Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It can be said that it is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel has just opened. The facilities and rooms are very new. The design is mainly white and looks bright and comfortable. I also chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and the hotel staff love puppies. Very kind and the food cooked in the kitchen is delicious! You can discuss with the proprietress to choose small portions according to your appetite, so you won’t waste food! The private hot spring in the room is very comfortable, you don't feel cold at all, and you feel refreshed after taking a bath. It was a pleasant two days and one night. I would like to take my parents here to relax if I have time~

Ttangtang741The Wyndham Liyang Jian Gu was an absolutely amazing experience! Tucked away in a bamboo forest valley, the air is fresh and the privacy is exceptional, truly giving off a serene wilderness vibe. The room was spacious and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the amenities high-end. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome fruit. The cliffside hot springs offered breathtaking views, soaking in the spring while admiring the bamboo forest was incredibly healing and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, featuring both Western and local specialties. A special thanks to our butler, Chen Tiancao 🌿, for their consistently enthusiastic and attentive service – quick to respond and wonderfully thoughtful, making our stay superb! We'll definitely choose this place for our next vacation!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The front desk saw that we were friends and brought pets with us, so they upgraded us to a suite. It is suitable for friends to chat, have dinner and play cards. It is very comfortable outside. The grass is a little yellow, but it should be greener and more beautiful in the spring. The disadvantage is that the food in the B&B tastes average, because there is nothing to eat around, so you can only eat it in the B&B. In addition, you should check whether the bath supplies in the room are before check-in. Yes, the toilet lid is a bit awkward, and the aging facilities need to be replaced in time. Nniuniu_mhcUpon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!
