5-Star Hotels in Liyang

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, and I had high expectations given its excellent rating on Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel parking lot, a butler promptly met us with a shuttle to take us to check-in. The service was fantastic and very thoughtful, with every staff member greeting us with a smile. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are great, and I was impressed to find Guerlain toiletries provided. While the hotel features an alpaca farm and Dinosaur Valley, which are perfect for younger children, the kids' club was a bit small and underwhelming, which was a slight letdown. My favorite part was definitely the infinity pool and hot springs located on the cliff top. They offer a fantastic ambiance during 'blue hour' and the views are stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, even on a summer evening, as it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was also excellent. I'd definitely consider a second stay here, especially if checking in on a Friday when it's less crowded for an even better experience. [Proud R]

The room was beyond my expectation, very big and clean, the cabinet settings were very convenient, parking was convenient, and the shower was also one-touch start, which I loved. The location was unique, and Tianmu Lake Landscape Park was just across the road. I left a message and asked for two bed guards, and they responded quickly. I felt that the hotel staff were very elegant and polite from clothing to behavior, which reflected the high level of management of the hotel. There is an open-air children's playground on the second floor, which is also clean and large. Those who like to see the lake view can choose a lake view room, which has a good view. The room attendant also thoughtfully put a towel under my suitcase, which was super thoughtful. The fish head with sweet vinegar sauce, rice cakes, and lake shrimps in the Chinese restaurant are super delicious, and the breakfast is also very rich. The wontons are not very stale meat like some hotels that save costs, but real meat fillings. I like Tianmu Lake Hotel👍

It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing] The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try. We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

It was a coincidence that I came to this hotel. I came here specifically to soak in the hot springs. I first chose the Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. However, they offered me a ridiculous price and I was immediately blocked permanently. This is the only good hotel nearby. When I came here and discovered it, it was simply a treasure hotel. Environment: Needless to say, I just took two pictures to give you a feel. Whether it is the exterior or the room, it is absolutely amazing at Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. It is also cheaper than the price of Yushui Hot Spring Hotel opposite. Fortunately, I didn't go to the hotel next door. Facilities: Dyson hair dryer, all toiletries are from L'Occitane. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a small hot spring. KTV, billiards room, chess and card room, beach, and tents are all available, which is very suitable for companies to come for team building. On the same day, I met China Life’s team building team. Hygiene: Needless to say, the hygiene of a newly opened hotel is very clean. Service: Because the tram batteries coming from Shanghai were almost empty, the hotel even reserved a charging parking space for me. In addition, due to some system problems, the initial reservation failed. The hotel apologized and upgraded my room for free. This is the attitude and service a hotel should have. The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

My family went on a trip during the Spring Festival. The hotel provided great service during the festival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The underground parking lot was spacious and the breakfast was rich in variety. Fruits were given away every day. When seeing relatives visiting, the waiter even gave us mineral water. Thumbs up!

This stay was extremely satisfying. We booked an elegant standard room, but the attentive butler, Xiao Jin, proactively upgraded it to a comfortable king-size bed, making the experience perfect. The room was clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped, including a huge bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. During the stay, Xiao Jin responded promptly to any questions we had. Her service was gentle, considerate, and exceptionally thoughtful. The hotel also has an outdoor hot spring, a comfortable and relaxing spot for leisurely soaks. Our two-day stay was very pleasant. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary local specialty rice upon check-out – a thoughtful touch. Overall, the environment, service, and facilities were excellent, offering exceptional value for money and a superb experience. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.

🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
