This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful setting and a very stylish design. I loved it. The room was clean and spacious, just the style I love. There was even a small gift in the room: a cute wooden bunny. The service was also very attentive. When we went out for dinner, the waiter even offered to take us to the restaurant in their own car. It truly felt like home and warm. Finally, I have to emphasize that the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The wonton soup was made with fresh fish broth and was incredibly delicious. I also tried all the noodles and Western dim sum dishes, and they were all delicious. I heard they're opening a new location in Beijing, so I'm looking forward to it.

Our family of three stayed here and were extremely satisfied with the facilities, environment, and service. The family-friendly amenities were well thought out, and even after three days and two nights without leaving the hotel, we still felt like we hadn't experienced everything. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. There are two bedrooms in a three-bedroom apartment. I stayed for two nights and the overall comfort level was pretty good. I traveled in the off-season and it was relatively clean. I played in the outdoor swimming pool for a while on the afternoon of the day I checked in. It rained when I came back from Nanshan Bamboo Sea the next day. , so I didn’t have a chance to play on the artificial beach I planned to go to, so I just watched TV shows in the room. The facilities in the B&B are actually quite rich, but they are charged separately! The staff at the B&B have a good sense of service. They will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. If there are any problems, they will call the front desk and deal with them in time. However, the only thing that can be improved is that if it rains the next night, the front desk will send a quilt. Paper towels, the quilt and paper towels sent by the staff were wet. When I asked for a replacement, the other party said that it was not wet enough and asked them to cover it on the outside. I was a little surprised at the time. In fact, it was off-season when we checked in. , the rooms next to it are all empty, and you can flexibly bring the paper towels and quilts from the empty room and replace them. This point still needs to be strengthened, because it is unreasonable to let guests use wet quilts! (Of course, after my repeated insistence, the waiter went to the empty room next door and brought me dry quilts and paper towels) Due to the off-season occupancy rate, the breakfast buffet has been changed to a customized meal for one person.
