"The room was very clean and had a small balcony, which was perfect for relaxing, scrolling on my phone, and snacking on some seeds. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and quick to assist with any needs. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The hot springs were large with many different pools, and it wasn't too crowded. There were dry towels and hot drinks available everywhere. The only downside was the weather, so I'll definitely go back on a nicer day next time. The breakfast buffet was a bit busy, and it felt like the restaurant wasn't quite big enough. They might consider opening an additional dining area for breakfast during holidays."

"The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again."
