I booked this hotel for two consecutive nights. The room was warm and had a great view. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast was very filling with a good variety, including coffee, eggs, noodles, rice noodles, and congee. This was perfect since we planned a full-day excursion to Mount Siguniang and needed a substantial breakfast. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and attentive to guests' needs. On my first day, I felt a bit unwell and was worried about altitude sickness. The staff told me to let them know if I needed anything. The next day, the chef even specifically asked if I was feeling better, as I hadn't eaten dinner the night before. The hotel is very close to the Changping Valley and Haizi Valley entrances, within walking distance. There are also shuttle vans (Xiao Huang Che) to Shuangqiao Valley; I paid 15 yuan and was dropped off directly at my guesthouse door. I recommend staying in Changping Valley, as there are places to explore nearby. The guesthouse is relatively new, and the linens are very clean. It has oxygen supply and floor heating, and the room comes with plenty of drinks and snacks, which is crucial in high-altitude areas! Highly recommend it to everyone.
Had a fantastic stay! It's really close to town, and the owner is super nice – they even gave us a free room upgrade. The room itself had a bathtub and a projector, which was a great bonus. Breakfast is included in the morning and it's quite filling. The facilities are also pretty new and everything was clean.
