Abu Dhabi Hotels with Hot Tub

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.

I stayed here for 3 nighta and was very happy for my stay. The shuttle bus service that took 10 mins each way is really convenient. Breakfast is decent and the cafe is so cozy. Staff is friendly and they even let me have a late check-out for free. I have to leave at 4am due to early flight and they packed for me breakfast, lots of choices in the breakfast pack! Definately stayed here if i ever been to AUH again.

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

When we first arrived at the hotel, the valet asked me what I was doing sitting outside the main entrance. Not a very pleasant welcome. We went to the reception to check-in and the lady behind the desk stated that the room was not paid for. She showed me the card used for the booking then asked me to prove it was my card. I expaind the booking was made by trip.com and even showed the receipt and the payment taken from my bank account. Yet, she still refused to check us in. She called the manager and within a second, he said the booking had been already been paid for, but she then argued with him saying that I was not the card holder. The manager apologised and told her to continue with the check-in process. I then asked for a late check-out, which she didn't even bother acknowledging. Wasted our Time especially when I had young children who wanted to sleep. Resort was nice for the kids and breakfast was good.

This was a surprise from my husband for my 40th bday. We had a great time. Hotel had beautiful interior pool was fantastic my 7year old enjoyed a lot. I want to particularly mention a few staff members who had been very helpful and efficient during our stay. Top of the list is Abdul who serves at breakfast lunch and dinner at the bottom. He was very friendly, asking us all the time how we r if he could bring something for us & made us feel very comfortable. Anup was the same very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Vora at the spa. She was v good with the massage, so was Mariam at the spa, very friendly and accommodating. Outstanding service awards for the staff members mentioned above.

Fantastic paratha is cooked for breakfast. Good location, cleanliness, silences and comfort alongside with price makes this hotel very attractive. Also parking is available. It's all good if you need to stay overnight in Abu Dhabi

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.

Everything was very good, starting from the easy checkin that took less than 5 mins, and everyone was smiling at your face and keep asking if you need anything to make your accommodation better I was booking a king deluxe room, they upgraded mine to junior Suite room The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms. The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment. At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.
