"Customer service is missing from the reception staff. Very long check in and check out process. The place is old and there is an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen, you have to keep your balcony door open. There isn't privacy if you want to relax in the balcony. Very open and nothing separate from the next door neighbour. No free cleaning service and have to throw your own rubbish outside. No hair dryer available. Bathroom is too small. The location is good. Water dispenser available in the lobby."

"A great hotel, 10 minutes from the train station, which is very important, as we're going downhill. The location is excellent, 15 minutes to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The room is clean, and the air conditioning works well. The shower is a little small, but you might get lucky and get a room with a bathtub. The staff is super friendly."
