TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

LLuna._.It was a really great hotel, except for the fact that for some reason I couldn't use USB charging, and the only bath supplies (amenities) were shampoo and body soap! ! I was able to spend a very comfortable time in both the location and the apartment hotel! It's close to the beach and the city center, so definitely check it out!

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel in the old city. The room is large, the furniture is old but the quality is good, and it is close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, even paper is not provided, and the service is slightly worse.

MMaxLanThe hotel is located near the Nice train station. At check-in, we were greeted by a very kind lady whose name I don't know, but I remember her extreme kindness, which is somewhat rare in Nice. She explained everything to us, even speaking Italian.
The rooms are clean, but perhaps the carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms could be removed, as it always causes a bad smell.
We didn't choose breakfast, and perhaps with a little effort on the part of the hotel, it could be included in the price, because everything in Nice costs at least three times as much as in Italy.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the twin room is suitable for our family of three! The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night...
