The hotel is close to the airport, and trams and trains are within walking distance, providing direct access to Nice city center and other towns.
The rooms are large and clean, with excellent ventilation, and offer sea views from the windows.

Guest UserThe hotel room was quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The train station is a bit far, around 700 meters, which isn't very convenient if you have luggage. However, the airport tram Line 2 station is only about 200 meters away, which is very handy.

My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience.
The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions.
One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask.
The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay.
In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice.
A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~

Guest UserThis hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

YujiawenThe location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions like Place Masséna and Old Nice. The service was warm and accommodating, providing all sorts of conveniences. Nice has many attractions nearby, so staying here is very convenient. The only downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable.

Guest UserI visited the South of France during the hottest period, but the room's air conditioning could only cool it down by a maximum of 7 degrees Celsius below the outside temperature. On the plus side, the hotel offers complimentary umbrellas and mats to take to the beach, and it's incredibly close to the train station. The brunch spot downstairs serves generous portions and delicious food, definitely worth trying. Upon check-in, I received a perfume wipe as a gift, which was a nice touch and introduced me to a new product.

Guest UserFirst off, the location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient to explore Nice's Old Town and surrounding attractions. I made sure to book ahead this time, and the room was spacious and bright, exuding a luxurious French charm. During the day, I loved sitting on the balcony, basking in the sun while gazing at the sparkling Côte d'Azur. In the evenings, a drink accompanied by the sea breeze was pure bliss!
The hotel's service also deserves a huge shout-out; the staff were warm, professional, and even thoughtfully arranged a room with a fantastic view during check-in. The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack.
If you don't feel like venturing far, the hotel's own restaurant and poolside offer a wonderful ambiance. Plus, there are tons of dining options nearby; whether you're craving authentic Niçoise cuisine, exquisite French dishes, or just a simple burger or pizza, you'll find something within a few minutes' walk.
Overall, while it wasn't the cheapest, it was definitely worth every penny. If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Nice, choosing this place is a no-brainer – you won't be disappointed!

QiuqiubeifengguapaolemaThe room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings.
The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape.
Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good.
Would not recommend.
