GGuest UserI stayed at Residhome Nice Aéroport for one night during my trip to the French Riviera, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is super convenient — just a few minutes from Nice Airport and close to the tram stop, which makes getting to the city center or Promenade des Anglais very easy. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a small kitchen area, which is great for short stays. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s also surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The only minor thing is that the surrounding area doesn’t have many restaurants open late at night, so it’s better to grab dinner before heading back. Overall, it’s a good value for money — perfect for a short stay, especially if you have an early or late flight.

AAnonymous UserClose to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

GGuest UserA hotel with a very high cost performance ratio, good breakfast, and capsule coffee machine in the room, which is very suitable for workers like me who rely on coffee every day. There is a McDonald's nearby. McDonald's in France is really not cheap, a set meal is about 12 euros, so the hotel breakfast is even more worthwhile. Remember to buy breakfast when booking.

AAnonymous UserIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

You'll find a Carrefour and a McDonald's right outside the door. Plus, it's only about a 20-minute walk to both the old town and the beach, which is incredibly convenient.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.

They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.
