離十里銀灘很近，這邊是安靜的角落，房間面朝大海，還有個大陽台。隔壁有商業街，應有盡有，就是樓下海鮮大排檔坑人，價格貴，又難吃

設施：該有的全部都有。停車場收費60沒毛病，畢竟是公寓。停車費也不是公寓收的。
衞生：沒有網上點評的那麼差。要是對比5星級酒店肯定沒法比。但是作為公寓來講，已經是做得很好的了。
環境：小徑灣的環境比巽寮灣好。酒店公寓兩房一廳。客廳房間全部可以看海。客廳的陽台泡着茶，吹着海風，無可挑剔。
服務：前台接待的態度熱情，下車庫前打電話，仔細告訴從6棟入口進，到8棟辦入住，車停在2棟。簡直不要太方便。向老闆打聽哪裡吃海鮮，老闆推薦了悦海薈，5個人團購688套餐，完全夠吃。完美閉坑門口的一條海鮮街。
