I am not satisfied with this hotel in many ways. The environment is nice and full of Instagram style, but the service is terrible. From the moment I entered the door, three doormen looked at me carrying two large suitcases and didn't come to help. I went to the lobby and waited for 40 minutes for half a check-in. The key point is that no one checked in. There were seven or eight people standing at the door and I didn't know what they were busy with. When I entered the room, I found that it still smelled a bit like decoration. The solution was to open the door. The key point is that the power went out after a few minutes of opening the door. Am I here for a sauna? I asked for water and a toothbrush in the evening, but no one came for half an hour. I had to call to urge them. And the slippers would definitely not fit you unless you are over 300 pounds. It feels like I have come to Giant City. It's indescribable. I can only say that such a hotel is just to deceive ignorant foreigners. Anyone who has traveled to Thailand and has the experience of traveling to Thailand, any hotel over 1,000 is worse than this one. It is not as good as the hotel in Soma Bay. All sea activities are cheap and the corals are abundant. Anyway, Serry made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I entered the door. Avoid this hotel group for the rest of my life.

The bathroom shower water leaked directly to the bed, and the cleaning staff did not provide toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast became 3 meals and charged 40 euros per person.

The environment is beautiful, the facilities are relatively new, the service attitude is average, and it is obviously worse for Asians.

The resort's facilities and scenery are very good, and the catering is impeccable. Although the overall food taste is still mainly European, there are attempts to provide Asian dishes, but not many. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the Resort, which requires reservation. However, the service was a bit Egyptian-like, with delays and neglect. For example, when I first checked in, I was asked to wait for 40 minutes because of air conditioning problems. I called and scolded me before sending someone over immediately. Another thing I don’t know is whether it was a coincidence or intentional. I booked the second most expensive room type, but I was assigned to the building facing the seaside. After checking in, I found that there were two Asian couples just downstairs from me. …Because I don’t know the layout of the rooms in this resort, it’s difficult to determine whether this is similar to the practice of arranging Asians to the side tables in some European and American restaurants. Anyway, it is certain that those with the best seats facing the sea are white families/ Couple 🙂
