Были небольшой компанией в начале августа. Друзья настойчиво советовали, ранее здесь были. Заселение прошло быстро, мы приехали вечером и ждать не пришлось. Номер небольшой, вид на бассейн и кусочек моря. Чайный уголок, сейф, холодильник. Уборка, смена полотенец, наш уборщик справлялся хорошо, замечаний нет. Територия понравилась, симпатично, персонал постоянно трудится, облагораживая её. Можно пользоваться территорией соснднего отеля Ви. Но больше всего впечатлило море и пляж. Это то море в классическом моем понимании. Длинный берег, пологий песчаный заход, дно хорошее, но камешки встречаются. Есть интересная локация с рыбками, т.н. затопленный город, там можно и нужно поплавать с масками. Это место просто влюбило в себя. На пляже есть бар с перекусом, неплохая пицца. Обмен полотенец раз в день, полотенце сушили в номере, вот только верёвку нужно взять с собой. Питание устроило, выбрать есть из чего, но в альбатросах получше) Есть а-ля карт по записи. Анимация есть, развлекают с утра и до вечера. Можно прогуляться по променаду, съездить на экскурсии. Было не скучно. Из экскурсий съездили толоко на одну в Луксор по инд.программе. Очень понравилось, без заездов в магазины, и всё внимание нам. Немного дороже, но того стоит, даже на ужин успели. Организатор местная компания сами тур, списывались в инсте саmitourcom. Ездили с ними ранее, понравилось. Хочется сказать спасибо всему персоналу отеля, приветливые замечательные люди. Нам было комфортно отдыхать здесь. Процветания!

I am giving 5 stars to the Mexican restaurant at Pyramisa resort. Lovely and delicious tacos and Fajita, as well as the kindly and super friendly staff. Additionally, I have romantic dinner at the direct see view. Special thanks for Mr.Shrief, the manager of the Mexican restaurant for your wam kindness and hospitality 🙏

Très Bon accueil, personnel très souriant à votre écoute, l’hôtel et très bien sécurisé. Activités tous les jours et toute la journée. Très belle plage également. Chambre toujours propres, et 4 choix de restaurants, plus un buffet à volonté. Super accueil de sherif au restaurant asiatique. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, je recommande cet hôtel.

Updated review. They did change our room to one that was really bad smelling of smoke. As the hotel was full we had no choice but to stay. We were offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience but I would have rather had a clean room. Bathroom full of mould too. Food is awful. Buffet very dry and the same food every day. Drinks are not good. Soft drinks are always flat and cocktails are very poor. Most staff are rude. The main nationality here is russian - I think we were the only English. We booked this based on the reviews and I noticed after I published my original review they didn't respond but many reviews appeared after saying how good the hotel is and food. I do question the authenticity of these reviews. I'll be trying to refund some of my money from this hotel as for the money we paid it just isn't good enough. Arrived at 5 am this morning Saturday 24th August Check in was nice and easy. Got to the room and 2 single beds for me and my partner although we booked a double bed. The room is very dated although spacious. Air conditioning, telephone and the fridge don't work in the room. The air conditioning was a real problem trying to sleep after a 24 hour trip in this heat. We couldn't call reception as the phone was broken. We asked to change rooms this morning and got told to come back at 3pm so it doesn't sound promising. Pool and bar is lovely however the spa sales rep wanted to give us some information which we politely said yes to however he was very rude when we said we would think about it and tried to push us to make a reservation immediately. Not the best start to the holiday and dont really want to speak to anymore sales reps from the resort. Can't comment on the food yet but will update the review later in the week.
