The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

First of all, we must admit that the hotel has a good all-inclusive meal, and the swimming pool and beach facilities are also very suitable for vacation. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The stay took 2 hours. Rejecting the extra bed, Ctrip adjusted again, and barely added the mattress after 5 hours. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. What else do you have to do, and I don’t recognize the order. Once I complain, I will shout and go to your Chinese agent. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

We start with the points in favour: Hotels in the best area of Hurghada, right inside the Marine. Outdoor well-treated. Beautiful and well-treated panorama terrace. Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. Who ever reading this review just go for it without any hesitation u won't regret😊

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

I arrived at holtel check in was very good room was fabulous in front of beach food was good staff couldn't do enough for u the onley problem is house keeping should be more better and work more better but the beach is amazing to relax no one Bothered u hassle free would like to thank all the staff for help hassan at reception mohamed waiter Ibrahim the manager thank u everyone for great holiday

I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone will find something for themselves peace and quiet on the beach by the pool every day different activities. Food very tasty. I would like to single out the wonderful always smiling staff at the burger bar. Finally, wonderful animators. Always smiling and helpful. Every day they tried to make sure that everyone had fun and did not feel embarrassed :) The evening parties were fantastic and I had just as much fun with the whole crew. Special thanks to Tazz- he took great care of us. Mo- Thanks for the super sports activities. Boudy for smiling in the morning. Ilia for taking me out for activities. A perfect hotel, exceeding expectations. The hotel is located on the coast of the Red Sea and has its own exclusive beach where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the hotel. Meals and snacks are served six times a day, making it suitable for slow walks.

Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

We loved every second of our stay at Cooks Club. It was my wife’s birthday the first day of our stay, and upon arriving I asked them if we could get her a cake that night and I would pay for it, even it was on short notice, but they managed to pull a very lovely cake as a compliment and they did not charge us for it and they saved the day and made it wholesome. The vibes at the hotel are immaculate, cozy, relaxed and it gives you a breather from the outside world while still having fun. They provide a shuttle boat to a nearby island every hour if you are into the sea rather than the lagoon and that was our favorite spot. We enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and definitely the free barista morning coffee. The hotel itself has one of the best locations in Gouna, closest thing to the downtown and 10 mins away from the marina which are the main destinations in Gouna. Could not have had more fun and lovely times than this, and we were already looking forward to come back the second we checked out. Could not have been any better and definitely we will be there soon again.
