Lovely and cozy hotel with very accommodating and welcoming staff. Got lent towels to use at the beach before check in, which I thought was a very nice touch. Clean and homey feeling with a nice bar and terrace. Especially loved the breakfast with great spread; lots of local produce and plant based alternatives.

Service inexistant et très nul ! Autant aller à la plage gratuitement avec une belle vue… parce qu’il n’y a que ça de bien. Ne vaut pas son prix.. De plus nous avons mangé au restaurant (bar de la plage) et avons attendu 1h00 pour être servies. Déçu

Monaco en terrasse au bar à 7 euros dans un verre d à peine 20cl c est vraiment abusé. Les clients sont vraiment pris pour des pigeons. Personnel à peine disponible...pas top le bar du provençal.... J y suis allé une fois mais ce ne sera pas 2.... Boffff

Magnifique lieu, paysage,restauration personnels vraiment! Plusieurs restaurants toutes types ! Nous avons loué les appartements résidence et non à l’hôtel , magnifique piscine incrusté dans la roche ! Et superbe maître nageur Patrick !

Hôtel beau à première vue mais service horrible et la direction est extrêmement malhonnête. Une amie et moi-même sommes venues passer la journée ds cet hôtel pour nous reposer et au lieu de ça, nous avons passé la journée avec des gitans qui hurlaient avec aucun savoir vivre. Suite à cela nous avons demandé un remboursement qu’on nous a promis et qu’ils n’ont jamais fait. Le sud est plein de beaux endroits, évitez cet endroit qui est médiocre avec un service pitoyable.

Un hôtel de qualité dans un site exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable. La restauration est de qualité. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais la situation de l’hôtel fait passer cette faiblesse La piscine et l’espace plage sont agréables

Les commentaires ne servent à rien auprès des propriétaires du Provençal . La communication avec leurs clients ne les intéressent absolument pas. La nature est belle ,beaucoup d'employés sont gentils. Il faut éviter tout contact avec la saga familiale !Profitez de tout ce qui existe autour de cet hôtel les contacts y sont réconfortants.Help

Très joli cadre pour des vacances, l'hôtel dispose de plusieurs très bons restaurants, piscine et accès mer, petit déjeuner en terrasse, l'équipe est au top ! Seul bémol, le confort des chambres : des canalisations peu nettoyées (lavabo qui se vide difficilement), des baignoires pas assez larges sans rideau ou paroi, des stores électriques qui remontent tout seuls en pleine nuit.

un établissement agréable qui permet de faire une virée à Hyères et de jouir d'une vue merveilleuse sur l'océan. Chambres tranquilles et service souriant. Juste un bémol sur la difficulté à trouver une place de stationnement.
