The facilities are simple and there is no air conditioning. The temperature in Interlaken has been 30 degrees these days, and it is too hot to sleep at night.

The most outrageous time booking a hotel on Ctrip! I stayed in a larger Home Inn at the price of a five-star hotel!
1. The cover picture on Ctrip has nothing to do with the hotel, it is completely misleading
2. The so-called No. 1 hotel with a beautiful view must have been paid for, and the hotels next to it have better locations and views
3. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had not checked in yet. The front desk was already dark and there was no staff
4. Basic configurations such as toothbrushes, slippers, and mineral water are not provided at all, and need to be purchased on the first floor. The room furniture is also very simple
5. There is no air conditioning in the room. It is impossible to sleep in Switzerland with a temperature of more than 30 degrees

The hotel's facilities and services are very good! The location is also very convenient! The bus only takes 10 minutes to the Central Station. There are many restaurant options and shopping places nearby. There is a supermarket just one stop away by bus or about 700 meters walk.

We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again.
