The room itself is spacious with a modern design, and the vanity is separate from the toilet, which is a nice touch. The hygiene was acceptable. The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, is powerful. Given Xinjiang's wide temperature fluctuations between day and night, it was wonderfully consistent and comfortable indoors. "Highly recommended! You can tell this hotel is run with a lot of care and dedication. Right next to the front desk is a lounge area with a beverage bar, which also serves as the breakfast spot. They have a coffee machine, hot water dispenser, and homemade buns for breakfast.
The room was spacious and open, and the location was super convenient. The bedding was really comfortable too. There's a gym area with a beautiful lake view.
The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. They'd greet us cheerfully every time we left or returned. The staff even helped out in the self-service laundry room. Because we were in a hurry to leave, they even gave us milk to take on the road. It didn't feel like staying at a hotel, but more like visiting a relative for a night. If you're planning a self-drive trip in Xinjiang, I highly recommend choosing this place for a rest and recharge – it will truly add a lot of relaxation to your journey."

Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk!
Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience!
What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

The service was enthusiastic and proactive, the facilities were brand new, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom amenities smelled lovely, and the courtyard was beautifully designed.

Nice place higher up than the main tourist zone so it's quiet and there's great views of the mountains. You can walk the shortcut down and take the bus back up which is super convenient.
The lovely staff greeted us at the bus stop and had good tips and recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the upstairs bedroom. Breakfast was tasty and diverse too. And the resident dogs are friendly and might follow you into town. Would stay again.

Guest UserDue to the seasonal change, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and as someone from the south, I was so hot I couldn't sleep at all! The higher I set the fan speed, the hotter it got... I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they immediately sent up a fan and explained the reason for the AC issue! They also sent staff to check the room, and offered solutions and actual compensation! Although I ended up being sleepless the entire night, the room's environment and the hotel's breakfast were both good! The only reason I want to give a good review is because of the staff! The service staff at this hotel deserve a six-star rating! They were even more thoughtful than staff at some higher-rated hotels I've stayed at. Plus, the hotel is right next to the ski resort, and the view from the room is beautiful. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to bring my kids here again.

Guest UserI stayed in the starlit room, hoping to catch the Milky Way at midnight, but unfortunately, it was overcast and rainy that day. The location is excellent, right near the Hemu Mountain Villa stop for the scenic area shuttle bus, and there's even a small internal garden. The butler was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively offering information about local taxi drivers within the scenic area, which was convenient for heading up the mountain to see the sunrise and morning mist.

The room's amenities are excellent; obvious perks like a Dyson hairdryer are there, but the Bluetooth speaker and projector were particularly outstanding, greatly enhancing the experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay.
The biggest surprise was the coffee – far better than I expected, even surpassing many professional coffee shops. A coffee lover's delight!
The staff were all young, friendly, and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

LION-KING liThe room was clean and decorated in a Nordic style. The lovely owner was very helpful, giving us travel tips for Kanas Lake and arranging a driver for the Ahe Highway. The receptionist was also very kind, bringing us milk and bread. The dining center was just a short walk down a small slope, making it very convenient to get around and eat.

DongfengpoWe drove to Altay for this trip, and after doing a lot of research, we decided on this hotel. After staying there, I feel like we made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a full day of driving. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and quickly helped us check in. The room was even better than the pictures; it was meticulously cleaned, with not a single stain on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt dry and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the environment. The temperature in the mountains was perfect for summer, and when we opened the window, all we saw were lush mountains and forests. It was so quiet at night, with no bothersome noise, so after a long day of travel, we slept incredibly soundly.

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast.
