"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is pretty good. It's very convenient, being close to the train station, and for the price, it's quite a good deal. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and all the facilities are well-equipped. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, and they respond to requests very promptly. Overall, the stay was excellent, I genuinely recommend it!"

It's a 5-10 minute walk to Changchun Station, and the Victory Park Station on Metro Line 1 is right outside. Even if you arrive early at the train station, you can check in ahead of time. For your city walk, I've got your route planned: walk to Victory Park, and within two kilometers, you'll reach the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo and Dama Road Commercial District – a one-stop tour of Changchun's Republic of China-era historical sites. The value for money is outstanding. It boasts a high rating of 4.8, offers complimentary freshly ground coffee in the lobby, a buffet breakfast, and free parking. Whether you're on a train layover or traveling, staying here is simply perfect!"

"The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

"Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

"The location, transport, and environment are excellent. Across the street is MixC Mall, and the subway station is right outside. It's also not far from Changchun Railway Station. The view from the 43rd floor is great, and the sofa by the window is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the service could be more proactive. I had a small hiccup during check-in, experiencing a power outage in my room for the first time, which required a room change. The issue was handled and resolved relatively quickly, and when I mentioned the tissues in the room were scarce, they were promptly refilled. I hope they can improve their attention to service details. Overall, I would still recommend this place."

"Pushing open the heavy carved wooden door, as if crossing the boundary of time and space, completely isolated the hustle and bustle of the city. In the lobby, the warm yellow lights poured like moonlight, and the air was filled with a faint white tea fragrance, and every breath became light and deep. The front desk staff smiled and greeted, with sincere warmth in their eyes, and instantly smoothed the fatigue of the journey. Step into the room and the view is suddenly bright. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows give a panoramic view of the city's night view, with neon flashing rooms and a dreamlike glow. The soft bedding wraps the body and mind like clouds, and the delicate touch makes people instantly remove all precautions."

"The room was very clean. I've always liked Metropark; it's an older hotel, but very well-maintained, and the price was excellent. With my Trip.com membership and a hotel discount, the price was unexpectedly good. The hotel has parking, which is great for self-drivers. Victory Park is right across the street, so you can even take a stroll in the evening. I'm very satisfied."

"The most beautiful part of Nanhu Hotel is its gardens. They're so lush and green, and walking along the tree-lined paths is truly a delightful experience. The hotel also has a herd of free-roaming deer, about 20 of them. If you go to the woods on the right side of the main entrance around 5 PM, you can usually spot them."
