"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

"Room is spacious and offers great value for money. The mattress is comfortable, not too soft. Cleanliness: As it's an older building, some areas aren't perfectly clean, but the main areas are acceptable. Facilities: Not sure why, but there was a constant buzzing sound at night. Service: Didn't interact much with staff. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was cheap and tasted good. Location is very convenient; it's a short taxi ride to most places."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for several nights and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast spread every morning. They also have three specialty restaurants where you can order from, and the food is top-notch and reasonably priced. The hotel environment feels like you're staying right in a forest park. "It’s a good hotel and also foreign friendly. Checking in was smooth and easy . They upgraded our room for free . I booked a double bed room but they upgraded to family room. It was spacious and my daughter was happy to have her own room ☺️. Location is also good . It’s just close to the mall , so you won’t struggle to find a place to eat ."

For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening. **Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy** Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep. Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions. Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping. If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. Clean, welcoming, and well-located – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changchun."

"Come to the government affairs hall to work and stay in this Hanting, the experience is full! The sanitary details are particularly well done, the room has no smell, the bedding is clean, the bathroom is cleaned, the dead corners are not let go, and the living is comfortable and assured. The front desk service is warm and efficient, treats people intimately, takes the initiative to inform the government affairs center route, patiently answers questions related to work, and the service is gentle and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, hot food is sufficient, the freshly cooked noodles are delicious, clean and hygienic, get up early and go to work directly, saving time and worry. The location is excellent, the comprehensive experience is impeccable, the first choice for work, and I will live next time!"

"I checked in late at night, and from the moment I stepped out of the car, a staff member helped me with my luggage all the way to the luggage rack in my room. The room had excellent soundproofing, so I slept well every night. My Northeastern palate was incredibly satisfied with the breakfast. The pool was almost empty in the mornings, and I occasionally had it all to myself. In the evenings, I could have a quiet meal, enjoy a drink, and unwind at the lounge. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and Angela provided thoughtful service."
