Changchun Hotels with Wifi

"Traveling to Changbai Mountain and stopped over in Changchun, I chose Yatai Hotel. It's an old-brand hotel that's reliable in terms of both service and facilities. There were welcome fruits upon arrival, and the room was comfortable. After coming back in the evening, I felt a bit under the weather due to the cold evening breeze in Changchun, but a hot bath made me feel much better. What needs improvement is that the bathroom shouldn't just be vacuumed; it would be better if it were mopped as well."

"The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station right downstairs. It's less than a 20-minute drive to the Manchukuo Palace and the train station by taxi. It really lives up to its top ranking. The doorman in the lobby was very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, and they communicated with me in advance about my room type and floor preferences before check-in."

"The hotel does not seem to be a five-star hotel. I looked out the window and it was a torn tennis court. I surely did not expect to see something like this in a 5-star hotel. Also, I had breakfast for 3 days there and I ran out of the choices of food I wanted to eat. The choices were not that many obviously. Fortunately, the staff were helpful but they still need more attention in some small trivial manner like talking loudly in the distance with the guests in between. The room was well-designed though with good mattresses. The room cleaners were very courteous to us as well."

"The hotel is very close to Changchun Station, making it convenient for travel. It offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service attitude is excellent."

"Overall the room was very nice, and the location is pretty good if u like the hill mall , and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. However 1. The lifts to the hotel room is bit complicated and there is few stairs u have to climb from reception to ur room level which is hard if u are carrying ur luggage 2. hotel aircon is very weak. We stayed there for few nights , for the first night the room is even hotter than outside which is hard to fall asleep."

"The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! Here's a ranking of the five hotels I've stayed at recently, for anyone who needs it: (1st: InterContinental Changchun Gaoxin, 2nd: Yanji Hongju Hotel, 3rd: Wanda Jin Changbaishan West Slope, Hunchun Jifeng International Hotel, 4th: Atour S Hotel Changchun Jilin University First Hospital (parking inconvenient, otherwise acceptable), 5th: Not recommended: Sheraton Changbaishan West.)"

"The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This was my third stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"When visiting Changchun, I wanted to stay somewhere close to the train station, so I chose the Lavande Hotel. I've stayed at their properties in other cities before, and as expected, Jinjiang's brands never disappoint. The environment is top-notch, and the service attitude is excellent. Most importantly, it's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a three-minute walk from the train station – you can't beat that! The area around is bustling, with plenty of dining options. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changchun, especially for those needing to catch a train. Highly recommended!"

"The pool offers a great variety of features, really making you want to jump in. However, some guests were smoking by the poolside, and they should be directed to the designated smoking areas more promptly. There weren't many hot spring pools, but they were adequate. The water pump in the ”Doctor Fish” pool was too strong, and there were very few fish. After five or six people sat down, it would take more than 3 minutes to see any fish. I suggest adjusting the pump's intensity. The various hotel-organized activities showed excellent planning, especially the beautiful fireworks display. Our butler was very professional and helpful when we needed assistance. They genuinely considered the customer's perspective rather than just mechanically processing requests, which deserves high praise! Perhaps due to the hotel being over ten years old, the facilities in my room showed some aging. I recommend regular, staggered checks of things like the sink drainage, shower water pressure, toilet flush, and electrical outlet looseness. The decor's classic, palatial style was quite appealing to my family, but the facilities shouldn't feel dilapidated. Even minor issues with key facilities can significantly impact the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was good, but there was only one coffee machine, often leading to queues. The coffee machine's water tank also needed more timely maintenance. The charging stations are a 20-minute walk from the lobby, and the superchargers incur an occupancy fee of 0.5 per minute after charging is complete. This is very inconvenient for guests with hybrid cars who need to charge. Having to walk over 30 minutes round trip for an hour of charging can easily deter guests from charging. I suggest introducing slow-charging stations. Finally, the service staff in the hot spring pools and changing rooms had a somewhat rigid attitude, which I hope will be improved."
