"The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling.
It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy.
Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious.
The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings."

The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and TV screen mirroring was available. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast was mainly Chinese, with local specialties, and quite plentiful. The hotel is located in the South Square of Changchun Station, offering an excellent location and convenient transportation. It was a very pleasant stay."

"What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING!

**Facilities:** The hotel shares a building with a few other properties but has its own separate front desk. A slight downside was that the air conditioning vent in this room type was positioned directly above the bed, blowing right onto my face, which was a bit uncomfortable.
**Location:** Excellent location, very close to the Changchun Film Studio and Zhe You Shan.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean.

"For friends who are going to Changchun to catch an early flight, this All Seasons Hotel is really recommended. We stayed in the city for three days. Because we bought an early flight, we booked All Seasons Hotel on the last night. We took a taxi after dinner in the city. The two girls at the front desk were very warm and helped us upgrade to an executive twin room for free. After checking in, they will follow up on the check-in experience in time, which is very professional and considerate. The hotel has a 24-hour airport shuttle bus. When checking in, tell the front desk the departure time, and they will help arrange the most suitable airport drop-off time, which is very convenient. The room is very tidy and not hastily cleaned because it is near the airport, which is excellent. The driver of the shuttle bus will take the initiative to help put the luggage in the car trunk, and the service attitude is very good. Five-star praise! "The location is quite good, and the hygiene is decent. Breakfast was acceptable. The worst part was the TV not working properly. It happened to be the night of the Japan-China women's basketball warm-up game. Although the female staff member was enthusiastic, she couldn't fix it. Then a male technician came, but he couldn't get it to work either. How many hotels are there where you can't even watch TV properly? The slightly plump, taller front desk staff member had a stiff attitude. How does a hotel like this, supposedly designated for military personnel, even survive?"

"The family room was absolutely fantastic, truly the biggest family room I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, and both the elderly and the children were very happy with it! The breakfast was also very rich and diverse. The location is excellent too; the Xinxingyuan Dumpling Restaurant is just 200 meters away, and there's a subway station nearby. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely book this hotel again next time we come to Changchun!"

My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

AAmuJocelyn at the front desk was incredibly efficient and thoughtful. I was checked in within minutes, and even received a welcome drink – it's the little details that count! The room itself was brand new and spacious, with a fantastic feel thanks to the solid wood and natural stone decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great, stress-relieving night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation and all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel.
The hotel's location is also excellent, convenient for both business trips and leisure. The heated pool and professional gym facilities were top-notch, offering a fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, my stay was incredibly pleasant. It's rare to find such quality in a newly opened hotel. Highly recommended!

Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. JJuliganThe hotel is very close to Jilin University First Hospital and Wanjia Medical Examination Center, right next to Cultural Plaza. The soundproofing is good. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, and the front desk upgraded our room type and extended our check-out time for free. Their service awareness is excellent, and our stay was very pleasant. The only downside is that two bottles of water aren't enough; it would be great if they could provide four, like Atour hotels do.

KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.
You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

3320149****Staying at this hotel with my child during the National Day holiday perfectly met my need to 'escape the hustle and bustle'! It's not a traditional hotel building; instead, 32 independent structures are spread throughout the park. The lobby, the Cidu all-day dining restaurant, and the swimming pool are all in the main building. We stayed in a Superior Landscape Twin Room in Building 7, which was accessible by shuttle bus. The room was spacious and clean. The new Chinese style was elegant and charming, making for a truly relaxing stay. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the wetland lake, where you can watch black swans glide by – much more pleasant than battling crowds at city attractions.
Service highlights:
1. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in and check-out, patiently answering all our questions.
2. Chen Xin, a staff member in the breakfast restaurant, was exceptionally thoughtful: my child had just turned 1.4 meters, which meant he met the criteria for breakfast charges. Unexpectedly, Chen Xin proactively offered, 'Please enjoy your meal, and I'll either give you a discount or waive the charge when you leave.' This simple gesture deeply touched us and showcased the hotel's flexibility and goodwill.
3. Room service was prompt; any requests (like extra amenities or ice) were quickly handled, and the service was polite and thorough.
4. Staff in other roles (such as housekeeping and security) were also very courteous, greeting us proactively. When they saw us with our child and luggage, they even offered a helping hand.
The only downside was the behavior of a few guests – in the breakfast restaurant, there were often large amounts of leftover food piled on tables and napkins thrown on the floor. In the swimming pool changing room, despite clearly marked bins for towels and trash, some people still left used towels and clutter everywhere. While we constantly saw staff cleaning, the sheer number of guests during the National Day holiday sometimes made it hard for them to keep up. I sincerely urge guests to be more considerate of public areas.

WWuteweiersimayouLet me start by saying that, from my personal experience, the overall service level definitely didn't meet five-star standards.
Let's break it down:
**Cleanliness**: There was still food left by the previous guest on the nightstand. I've never seen such a bad situation.
**Environment**: The surrounding area has a subway and a park, which is quite convenient.
**Service**: First, when I booked the room, I specifically chose a high-floor deluxe room and explicitly requested a non-smoking room, a high floor, and not a corner room. We arrived around 4 PM, and were initially told there were no rooms available and we'd have to wait an hour, even though guests at the adjacent front desk were checking in. Second, they first asked me if I could switch to a smoking room, which I declined. Then, they asked *again* if they could give me a smoking room so I could rest. I was truly speechless. Finally, after about ten minutes, they had the adjacent front desk find us a room on the 31st floor at the end of the corridor.
It was only after I checked in that I realized they hadn't met any of my booking requirements. So, I called Trip.com to inquire. After communicating with the hotel, Trip.com informed me that the hotel claimed they had upgraded me to a deluxe room with a refrigerator. I was completely baffled; they hadn't mentioned this, and a refrigerator was already supposed to be a standard amenity in the room I booked, along with free usage rights. This was incredibly irresponsible, both to Trip.com and to the guest. In the end, Trip.com provided me with some compensation.
Regarding **breakfast**: We were never informed about peak hours. When we arrived at the fifth-floor restaurant, we were told to queue, so we ended up not having breakfast.
**Facilities** were fine, and the swimming pool opened quite early. It's just that the overall check-in experience was terrible.
From my personal experience, the overall service level definitely didn't meet five-star standards.
