"The hotel I stayed in on this trip really surprised me. It is located near the high-speed rail station. I can get there in just a few steps with my luggage after exiting the station. I don't have to worry about transportation at all. Every detail in the room is thoughtful. The central air conditioning heats up very quickly and the temperature is suitable; the central hot water is always available, and the bath water is large and hot, which is very comfortable. The free parking service is so considerate, and there is no pressure to travel by car. Free drinking water is also provided, and clean water can be drunk at any time. The shower gel and shampoo are both brands. After washing, the hair is smooth and the skin is not tight. The service attitude of the staff is even better. They are enthusiastic and patient. The check-in is fast, and they also carefully introduce the surrounding fun places. The room is spotlessly clean, and it is super safe to live in."

"The homestay is very good and the rooms are very beautiful and practical. The hygiene is really too clean, and the wooden floor is not stained. We arrived at more than three o'clock in the afternoon and were hungry. The manager Qiang brother enthusiastically made noodles for us and mixed cold dishes. Simple ingredients. Maked delicious. It is very comfortable to stroll around the small courtyard after dinner, maybe the weather is getting cold!
In short, it is worth recommending, next time you come to Changde to continue to book here"

"Traveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!"

"I used to live in Sheraton in Changde. Because the swimming pool is convenient for children, Wyndham Garden Hotel feels average because I have lived in Changsha. This time I also booked with the idea of trying a new hotel. I didn’t expect it to be better than expected. You can benchmark Changsha’s Beichen. The room feels better than Beichen in all aspects. It is recommended to come to Changde for friends to stay. The price is super high and the service environment is very good."

The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good.
The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot.
The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense.
The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable.
The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities.
The front desk service was very good. I wanted to continue my stay, and then helped to fight for a good price with the sales manager.

Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

The room was spacious and clean, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful lake view. The 'Sweet Dream Bed' was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely delicious! The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were fully equipped, making for a fantastic experience. The location is also very convenient, close to Wanda Plaza, making dining and getting around super easy. I'll definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The twin room having two sinks was a great detail. The style was unique, with a rich wooden decor that surprisingly didn't have any woody smell. Breakfast offered a wide variety. Finally, I have to commend the hotel's service; they even gave me a souvenir upon check-out, and the staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. It's a hotel with great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The transportation is quite convenient, there are many buses, the room has windows, which are well sealed. When you close them, you can't hear the noise from the road. Anonymous UserChecking in was a hassle from the start. The location was tricky to find; it said 7th floor, but you actually had to go to the 1st floor to check in. When I asked the front desk, they said several hotels were merged and you had to check in separately. I had booked in advance, but when I arrived to check in, they told me they might not have a suitable room. The front desk suggested that if I wasn't happy, I could just check out. This was during the May Day holiday, and I had planned and booked ahead. They didn't inform me of this situation beforehand, just wanted to dismiss me by offering a refund. What's up with that? As expected, when I checked in, there were only three leftover rooms to choose from – either incredibly smelly or tiny. What was the point of booking a room then? I had no choice but to take the small room. Thinking about it now, it's really infuriating. The service was absolutely subpar. Besides the small room, the hotel uses one floor as two, so the ceiling height is very low, making it feel incredibly cramped. Even the picture of the hotel's main entrance is fake. I do not recommend this place at all. The price was already double the usual rate for May Day. Enough said, I will never come back.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The service is really good. I have to say that this store is so heartwarming. I had dysmenorrhea and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us pour a cup of hot water for warmth, and also gave us a warm baby patch. I felt full of happiness~ The room is spacious and clean. Not only is it very clean, but the decoration and facilities are also in place. It is very comfortable to sleep in the room; it is cost-effective. I really recommend this store. Just like the name of the store, the harbor is the harbor of home, giving people a feeling of returning home. I really recommend this place!

A good stay for a day stop at Changde. The price was really good when I booked. All needed basic anemities are there and would be a great location if you planning to get to the Railway station (which is just infront of the hotel) the next day like me as there's an underground passage just right infront of the hotel. May be a little difficult to find the entrance but easy ti ask around. Dint get to see the receptionist though when we checked in but there's this lady nice enough to assist us.
