AAnonymous UserNot bad. It's very convenient to go to the Mercury Building. The front desk is very nice. They explain everything in detail about storing things and checking in and out. I will choose this hotel again next time. Recommended.

The service staff are very enthusiastic and will try their best to provide various help. The room decoration is also good and the facilities are well equipped. I am satisfied. The room is cozy, the front desk staff has a gentle service attitude, the hotel is in a very good location, very convenient, the room is great overall, I will stay here again next time, very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe room is very good, with the child free upgraded the parent-child suite, the room is large, the bed is also big, the bed is very comfortable, the child is unwilling to leave (^-^) It is also very convenient to take a taxi on the side of the road. There is a supermarket on the left side of the door. Snack shop, take the child to the zoo to buy carrots nearby, I also borrowed the knife of the roadside stall owner to cut it into small strips. There is a nightclub on the right hand side of the house at night. The taste is also good. The overall trip is very pleasant. I will stay there next time.

There are restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops nearby, which is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Changde Pedestrian Street is downstairs, so you can go out for a walk in the evening. The facilities inside the hotel are complete, clean and tidy, and the service is cordial and friendly. I will visit this hotel again next time.

The boss is very enthusiastic, gentle and thoughtful, and makes people feel very kind as soon as they come in. The room is also very soundproof, quiet at night, and can sleep well. The bathroom is also clean and refreshing, there is no smell, and it is especially safe to use.
The whole is very warm and very practical stay, next time I come to Changde, I will choose here, close to the train station.

AAndreaThe window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.
