"The hotel is directly opposite the Hengdian Qin Palace scenic area, just a walk across the road. It's a 4-5 minute drive to the Qingming Shanghe Tu scenic area and an 8-10 minute drive to the Ming and Qing Palaces and Guangzhou Street/Hong Kong Street scenic areas. There are also scenic area bus stops nearby, making everything very convenient. The rooms and breakfast are standard (typical for a Holiday Inn Express). The service attitude was excellent and welcoming. We also happened to catch a special promotion, which made it quite a good value."

"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are warm and attentive. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was superb. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading our two rooms to suites, which made it much easier for us to look after each other – that was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near Gate 2 of Qingming Shanghe Tu and Gate 2 of Dream Valley, both about a ten-minute walk away. Unfortunately, Gate 2 of Dream Valley was temporarily closed recently."

"Traveling to Hengdian, I saw this hotel was quite new, had good reviews, and was affordable, so I booked three rooms. My stay was excellent. The rooms are very spacious, and for this price, the breakfast is quite varied, offering handmade wontons, noodles, and rice noodles with delicious toppings. The restaurant auntie was also very enthusiastic. The only downside is its somewhat remote location, with no dining options nearby and about 4 kilometers from the bustling downtown area. The driver mentioned that many film crew members stay around here, which I suppose explains the lower prices."

"Excellent! Clean, quiet, and full of character. We visited in April, and the room had an antique charm. The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. The hotel is near the North Gate, very close to the Bell Tower, which makes it super convenient for catching various shows. We could even pop back to the room for a quick rest if we got tired. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful!"

Their breakfast wontons are really good; my friend even had two bowls! The only downside is the poor soundproofing. "Although there is free parking, there is no dedicated parking lot and you need to go back to the front door of the hotel after parking. The washbasin is located outside the bathroom, with a clothes rail and hangers, but most of the hangers are bent and twisted, obviously having been used for a long time. The mural above the bed is of an astronaut walking on the planet, which is quite novel. The room we originally stayed in had a mahjong table, but we didn't need it, so we gave it to someone else. There are many places to eat around the hotel, so the lack of catering services does not cause much impact."

"We recently stayed at Hampton Hengdian, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is brand new, clean, and beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly upgraded upon check-in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, all fresh and delicious. Service was another highlight — staff were attentive, and bottled mineral water and snacks were provided upon request.
The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and assisting whenever needed.
The location is also ideal, being very close to Hengdian World Studios (Hengdian Movie World), which makes it perfect for visitors exploring the attractions.

"I took the elderly out to play. I contacted the hotel in advance and received a professional reception from the assistant manager in the lobby, Ms. Fang. I felt the long-lost high-end service of the Radisson Plaza brand. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. GGuest UserStayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer.

MM649887****I had a very comfortable stay this time! The hotel's location is very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean, the bed was soft and I slept soundly, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the water heater was powerful. The receptionist was very friendly, check-in was quick, and she helped resolve any issues I had. She even gave me some complimentary fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. The price was reasonable, and I felt very comfortable staying there. I recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm.
Want to say a special thank you to the crew : The team leader, Ah Fang, the front desk staff, Xiao Ye, and Xiao Chang, as well as Xiao Zhang, the shuttle bus driver.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
