GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

GGood_JoyI booked a deluxe king room, and the front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was well-equipped, and it would be perfectly fine for a short stay.
We stayed for two nights, and I have a few comments about the room itself: On the first night, we did laundry, but the washing machine was incredibly dirty and stained my clothes. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Other visible areas, however, seemed clean.
We opted for the package that included two breakfasts. For 1200 per night, many reviews mentioned the breakfast being rich and delicious, but honestly, I found it quite mediocre and flavorless. It wasn't good at all. I even ordered a bowl of noodle soup, and it tasted like plastic.
Parking was free, and when we ordered takeout, a robot delivered it right to our door, which was a nice and convenient feature.

GGuest UserThe hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

GGuest UserThis is one of the more established hotels in Hengdian, and overall it's pretty good. They even have little robots that deliver room service! The only issue I had during my two-day stay was with the room door lock; it wasn't working very well. One day, it wouldn't even close properly. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saw it and arranged for someone to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. The hotel breakfast, though, was very rich and delicious, and I even saw celebrities coming and going from their makeup sessions. Everything else was really satisfactory!

GGuest UserI really recommend to go to this hotel, the staff welcome you greatly and kindly. The breakfast there is really good, im always full after that. Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. They also have a playground for kids, swimming pool for everyone as well.

The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all.
The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~

SSasyaaMalay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly.
The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable.
One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food.
The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us.
Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

GGuest UserAfter staying here, all I can say is: I'll definitely be staying here again next time! The location is absolutely fantastic, right opposite Wuyue Plaza, with tons of great food downstairs. Plus, food deliveries are brought directly to your door by a robot, so you don't have to worry about not liking the food when you're on a business trip. Although it's in a busy area, the moment you step into the room, it's quiet. The double-glazed windows block out all the noise. The Morandi color scheme in the room is both elegant and stylish, completely free from the coldness of traditional business hotels. I have to praise the details: the smart room control system is very responsive, the smart toilet is excellent, the bed is incredibly soft, and the duvet is fluffy – it's a lifesaver for anyone who's been traveling. The laundry room and gym are open 24/7, which is super convenient for those of us who need to do laundry after a few days away. The front desk service was superb; they not only upgraded me to a quieter room but also gave me a parting gift when I checked out. It's only about a ten-minute drive from Yantai Station, so getting to my train was stress-free. This place truly combines aesthetics with practicality. Highly recommend! 👍
