Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

I booked a hotel and attraction package on Trip.com and chose this hotel from many options. When I arrived, the front desk simply said they'd upgraded my room for free. When I got to the room, I found out I'd been upgraded directly from a standard king room to a 60-square-meter business suite – I was so pleased! I immediately decided to stay an extra day and booked the cheapest room type. When I went down to the front desk to inform them, they said, 'Could you please give me your room card?' Then I was told they had again upgraded me to the business suite for my extended stay, and even gave me a free one-day pass to five major park attractions. I was so touched! **Amenities:** Very complete, everything you could think of and even things you wouldn't. **Hygiene:** Very clean and well-kept. For such a large room, it's impressive how meticulously it was cleaned. **Environment:** Very quiet. With the doors and windows closed, you can barely hear any noise. **Service:** Whether it was the front desk, the lobby manager, or housekeeping, everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I was very moved. Next time I come to Hengdian, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The film and television city's various scenic spots are all within 3-5 kilometers, making the drive a leisurely 10-minute drive. This is a new and comfortable hotel, and the all-seasons quality experience is excellent. The window offers a wide view of the countryside and trees, and I fall asleep to the distant chirping of insects and frogs. The soundproofing is excellent with the windows closed. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Overall, the experience was excellent.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

This is one of the more established hotels in Hengdian, and overall it's pretty good. They even have little robots that deliver room service! The only issue I had during my two-day stay was with the room door lock; it wasn't working very well. One day, it wouldn't even close properly. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saw it and arranged for someone to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. The hotel breakfast, though, was very rich and delicious, and I even saw celebrities coming and going from their makeup sessions. Everything else was really satisfactory!

After staying here, all I can say is: I'll definitely be staying here again next time! The location is absolutely fantastic, right opposite Wuyue Plaza, with tons of great food downstairs. Plus, food deliveries are brought directly to your door by a robot, so you don't have to worry about not liking the food when you're on a business trip. Although it's in a busy area, the moment you step into the room, it's quiet. The double-glazed windows block out all the noise. The Morandi color scheme in the room is both elegant and stylish, completely free from the coldness of traditional business hotels. I have to praise the details: the smart room control system is very responsive, the smart toilet is excellent, the bed is incredibly soft, and the duvet is fluffy – it's a lifesaver for anyone who's been traveling. The laundry room and gym are open 24/7, which is super convenient for those of us who need to do laundry after a few days away. The front desk service was superb; they not only upgraded me to a quieter room but also gave me a parting gift when I checked out. It's only about a ten-minute drive from Yantai Station, so getting to my train was stress-free. This place truly combines aesthetics with practicality. Highly recommend! 👍

I was stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Receptionist were so friendly. She makes me feel home. She helped me to call for Didi & room operating. Cleaning lady was very polite. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean & smell nice. Breakfast was good, surprisingly they served without me asking when am unwind in the garden. I will definetely come back 🤩

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

It is my first time to stay at the Orange Hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and the environment is also very good. Xiaolin and Xiaowu at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. They gave us fruits in the evening. They also gave us a lot of small gifts when we picked them up. The bedding was also good. It was a good stay. experience. recommend

Malay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us. Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨
