The lobby is modern and chic, with soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff and the quick and efficient check-in process made me feel at home.
My room is located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room is elegant and practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, which allows me to have a good dream every night. The facilities in the room are also very modern, including smart TV, high-speed wireless network and spacious bathroom, which add a lot of convenience to my stay.
The hotel's catering service is also satisfactory. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and breads, as well as hot coffee and tea, which meets all my breakfast needs. I have to give a good review 👍 Especially I have to praise their family room, it was warm as soon as I opened the door. The room is cozy and the warm lighting creates a homey atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, and my family and I slept soundly. Moreover, the space is well planned, and there is a special area for children's activities. The children have a lot of fun as soon as they enter. It is really thoughtful. The hotel's service is also very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay experience is perfect.

AAnonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~

GGuest UserThe whole house is smart, and Xiao Ai can handle everything. There is no wardrobe in the parent-child room, but there is a long sofa to put things. It is only a 5-minute ride away from the Huating Night Market. The car has to be parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The price is really cheap during the Spring Festival. I am very satisfied and will book again next time I have the opportunity.

SSasyaaMalay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly.
The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable.
One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food.
The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us.
Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.

ZZhaodezhudehaniI chose the green room type, which was the innermost room. It was slightly larger than the others due to a protruding section, though the window might have been a bit smaller, which I personally found to be sufficient. The bed was great and comfortable, and I didn't notice any significant cleanliness issues. Breakfast was just average but filling. There's a night market right next door, making shopping convenient. Overall, this family room offers great value for its price.
