MarymlchanThe location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor.
The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big.
The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her.
The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good.
I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

Guest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

Guest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian.
The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly.
The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it!
If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌.
The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all.
The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

LvtuzhongdesuosuoThe room I was given wasn't big, but I really liked the layout. Although small, it was quite charming, and the decor was comfortable and made me feel safe. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The service was also very good; they served porridge in the evening, and since it was the Dragon Boat Festival when I stayed, they had zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast. They even gave me a small sachet upon check-out – very thoughtful! The only downside was that the toilet flushing was a little loud, but it didn't affect usability. Overall, it was great value for money. There's a shopping mall nearby, and parking at the hotel is quite convenient.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

Five stars, highly recommended! My overall experience at the Hengdian International Building was impeccable. The hotel is located in the heart of Hengdian, making it a short drive to major attractions like Qin Palace and Dream Valley. The surrounding commercial area is lively, offering great convenience for getting around and dining. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene and outstanding soundproofing. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry-wet separation. They even provided welcome fruit – thoughtful details everywhere! The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western dishes, plus local snacks. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive. They also have a free parking lot and a gym, all well-equipped. As an official hotel of the film and TV city, it's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The value for money is outstanding. This will be my top choice when visiting Hengdian, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, right across from Qin Palace. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was some noise during the day. The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable.
